Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive in Orlando

  Welcome to Orlando, the sixth largest city of Florida and is also known to be its largest inland city. The presence of the Disney World theme park has made this city a well-known vacation spot. The city is said to welcome more than 52 million tourists every year. Transfer to your hotel upon arrival. Later enjoy dinner. (Meals: D)

• Day 2 : Visit Kennedy Space Center Camp Program (Optional)

  Today you will explore Kennedy Space Complex. You will go on the Discover KSC: Today & Tomorrow Tour. Here you will see the closest viewing location of the paces shuttle launch pads, the Shuttle Landing Facility, a panoramic view of all launch pads from the NASA Causeway, a stop outside the Vehicle Assembly Building and catch a glimpse of NASA’s gigantic Crawler Transporters. Enjoy a wonderful evening dinner at a lovely restaurant. (Meals: B,D)

• Day 3 : Today you will explore Kennedy Space Complex. You will go on the Discover KSC: Today & Tomorrow Tour

  Be a part of the exciting world of space exploration at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Innovation, creativity and discoveries will become part of your DNA at Camp KSC. Later enjoy dinner. (Meals: B,D)

• Day 4 : Visit Kennedy Space Center Camp Program (Optional)

  Today you will explore Kennedy Space Complex, see IMAX space films, experience all of their exhibits & shows, go on a bus tour & visit the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame. In the afternoon you will get the opportunity to have Lunch with an Astronaut. You will meet a veteran member of NASA’s Astronaut Corps. Later enjoy dinner. (Meals: B, D)

• Day 5 : Epcot Center

  Begin your day at the Epcot center, where you can touch the future and travel the world with an amazing array of attractions and live performances. This is an area of 260 acres devoted to past achievements and the future of technology. World showcase offers a kind of permanent World Fair, with pavilions devoted to eleven countries. Enjoy a superb meal for dinner. (Meals: B, L, D)

• Day 6 : Universal Studios

  Join us today for a tour of Universal Studios, which has always been known for its innovative rides and attractions and is designed to let visitors experience the movies like never before. A trip to Universal is like a trip into the heart of Hollywood. With films and TV shows always in production, one never knows who they might see wandering the sidewalks of the park. (Meals: B, L, D)

• Day 7 : Flyto Washington D.C.

  Today we depart to Washington D.C., capital of the United States of America and a Guide to the Historic Neighborhoods and Monuments. Explore the capital city of US. Visit the White House, Lincoln Memorial, Supreme Court, the Capitol Building, the Smithsonian Air and Space museum, Union Station, World War II Memorial Building, Pentagon building and Washington monument.Later enjoy dinner. (Meals: B, L, D)

• Day 8 : Washington – New York

  Today after breakfast, we proceed to New York, the “Big Apple,” the “City That Never Sleeps”—New York is a city of superlatives: America’s biggest; its most exciting; its business and cultural capitals; the nation’s trendsetter. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. After checking into your hotel, join us for a dinner in the evening. (Meals:B,L, D)

• Day 9 : New York City Tour

  After breakfast, we proceed for a City tour of New York. The sightseeing will include USA’s famous landmark, “Statue of Liberty.” We will take a ferry ride to Liberty Island for a spectacular view of the New York City Skyline. Next we experience the view of a lifetime from the 86th floor of the Empire State Building. Later in the day we will see Rockefeller Center, Wall Street, Ground Zero and Central Park, Times Square, United Nations and Trump Tower. Later enjoy dinner. (Meals: B, L, D)

• Day 10 : Departure from New York

• Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability.


• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.


• The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.


• All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, It will be switched off in the hills.


• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.


• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1400hrs and the standard check-out time is 1200hrs.


• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Pretty Planet Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.


• In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.

• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.


• The surcharge for any payment made in our online payment gateway through credit or debit Card or Master card or VISA card will be applied @ 3.5 % additionally charged over the total cost.


• The surcharge for any payment made in our online payment gateway through Net banking will be applied @ 4 % additionally charged over the total cost.


• The surcharge for any payment made in our online payment gateway through American express/ JCB/ Cash card will be applied @ 5 % additionally charged over the total cost.


• Bookings once confirmed can be requested by customer for cancellation, charges for which shall be advised at that time. In an event of cancellation of the tour package on any grounds wether due to uncontrollable factors like natural calamities, political strikes etc, the initial advance deposit shall be forfeited.


• All disputes are subject to Dharamshala Jurisdiction court only.


• No refunds after issuing of this confirmation.


• In case of cancellation/postponed or No show the guest will be liable to pay the full amount as per our booking plan.


• Accommodation shall be provided only for dates confirmed. No refunds for unused nights. POSTPONMENT AMOUNTS TO CANCELLTION.


• No refunds in full or part for any service provided due to technical or other reasons beyond our control
