Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Pick up from Alleppey Bus Station

Pick up from Alleppey Bus Station. Proceed to Allepey Backwaters. Check-in to Alleppey Houseboat. Feel the beauty of backwaters in the cruise.

Overnight stay in the Houseboat. Your Lunch and Dinner will be free of charge in the Houseboat. Mouthwatering dishes will be made in the houseboat as per your choice.
Day 2 : Proceed To Munnar

After your breakfast in houseboat, check-out from the Houseboat and proceed to Munnar. Munnar is 4 hrs Journey from Allepey. Check-in to Hotel / Resort in Munnar. You can go for a walk near the resort and enjoy the scenic beauty of Munnar. Also you could go for a short sightseeing around Munnar.
Day 3 : Sightseeing In Munnar

Check out from the Resort and proceed for half day sightseeing in Munnar. By evening drop at Munnar Bus station. Go back with the beautiful splendid memories of Kerala.

If you want to change your holiday plan

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

Terms and Conditions:

Cab rate is calculated as per itinerary. In case of any deviation from the plan rate for extra kilometer has to be paid by the customer to the Driver.

If cab is utilized after 9.30pm the customer has to pay Night Driver Batta to the Driver.

Tour Operator is not responsible for any cancellation before or during the journey due to bad weather conditions, natural calamities, srike / bandh / hartal or any unforeseen events .

Cancellation Policy

20 days or more before date of departure:25% of total cost

19 -10 days before date of departure:50% of total cost

09 days or less before date of departure:100% of total cost
