Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Manali by cab (554 kms)

  Depart for Manali and check-in at the hotel. Manali according to legend was born when the waters of the Great Deluge receded and the seventh Manu’s ark came to the rest on a hillside in this valley. As the earth dried up there came up a place of breathtaking beauty which was named after the great sags. Over the last decade Manali has grown from a back of the beyond Himanchali town to a busy tourist destination. Surrounded by towering peaks at arm’s length, Manali’s major asset is its proximity to the snowline, never more than a few hours’ drive from the town. nestling at a comfortable 2,050 meters.

• Day 2 : Manali

  After breakfast proceed for half day city tour visiting Hadimba Devi Temple, , (Goddess Hadimba has 4 tired pagoda - shaped roof with a doorway carved with figures and symbols).Vashisht famous for its curable hot water springs and Vashisht Rishi Temple Tibetan Monastery and vanvihar. Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Manali-Solang Valley(14 Kms)

  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner  
  Today morning after breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities by own cost. As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the outing return to hotel for Overnight stay.

  Day 03: Manali-Rohtang Pass/up to snowline
  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  Today morning after breakfast has excursion tour to Rohtang Pass upto Snow Line (Up to Snow Line refers to the barrier placed by the government to avoid risks during heavy Snowfall). On the way to Rohtang Pass visit Kothi, Gulaba and Marhi. In Rohtang Pass enjoy Skiing, Horse Riding and Snow Scooter ride (on your own expenses). Afternoon at 4:00-5:00 PM return back to Manali. Dinner & Overnight Stay at the hotel.
  Please Note: Since NGT (National Green Tribunal) is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day, the Rohtang pass sightseeing will be subject to availability of the permit available on the spot.  Also the cab services (including permission charges) will cost extra depending on the vehicle opted on sharing basis / individual basis by the customer. Rohtang pass is closed from 15th November to 15th April and on every Tuesday.

• Day 4 : Manali - Shimla by surface (260 kms)

  After breakfast depart by for Shimla and check-in at the hotel. Shimla - The capital of Himachal Pradesh and former summer capital of British India, Shimla is the state’s most important center. Bulging at its seams with unprecedented expansion, Shimla retains a colonial aura, with its grand old buildings, among them the stately Viceregal Lodge, charming iron lampposts and Anglo-Saxon names. The Mall, packed with shops and eateries, is the center of attraction and Scandal Point, associated with the former Maharaja of the Patiala’s escapades, offers a view of distant snow clad peaks.

• Day 5 : Shimla

  After breakfast proceed for half day city tour visiting Jakhoo Hill, Shimla’s highest point, offer a panoramic view of the town, hills and mountain ranges with spectacular views at sunrise and sunset. Institute of Advanced Study which is housed in the former Viceregal Lodge, it was built in 1888, Tara Devi Temple offers panoramic views, Himachal State Museum has a rich display of the state’s cultural, artistic and archaeological heritage.

• Day 6 : Shimla - Delhi by surface (343 kms)

  In time transfer to Delhi airport / railway station to connect flight / train for the onward destination.
