Package Overview

Odisha (formerly Orissa), an eastern Indian state on the Bay of Bengal, is known for its tribal cultures and its many ancient Hindu temples. The capital, Bhubaneswar, is home to hundreds of temples, notably the Nagara-style Mukteswar and the Lingaraj, both built in the 11th century and set around sacred Bindusagar Lake. The Odisha State Museum is dedicated to the area’s indigenous history.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival In Bhubaneshwar

  After arrival at the Bhubaneswar airport, transfer to the hotel. If time permits, go for a half-day local sightseeing tour of Udayagiri and Khandagiri Caves. Stay overnight at the hotel.
• Day 2 : Bhubaneshwar - Raghurajpur - Puri

  After breakfast Drive to Puri in the morning and on the way visit Dhauli Peace Pagoda, Pipili appliqué village and Raghurajpur heritage village. Check-in at the hotel upon arrival and spend the rest of the day relaxing at the beach. Stay overnight at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Puri - Konark - Puri

  After breakfast Visit the Jagannath Temple in the morning (Non-Hindus are not allowed inside the temple) and later, go for an excursion to Konark Sun Temple. On way back, visit the Chandrabhaga beach. Enjoy the evening at leisure and stay overnight at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Puri - Chilika - Gopalpur

  After breakfast Drive to Gopalpur-on-sea in the morning and visit the Chilika Lake on the way. Check-in at the hotel upon arrival and spend the rest of the day relaxing at the beach. Stay overnight at the hotel in Gopalpur.
• Day 5 : Gopalpur - Bhubaneshwar

  After breakfast Drive back to Bhubaneshwar in the morning and visit Olasingh Weaving Village on the way. Check-in at the hotel upon arrival. Later, if time permits, visit the Rajarani, Brahmeswar, Mukteswar and Parsurameswar Temples. Enjoy the evening at leisure and stay overnight at the hotel
• Day 6 : Departure

  After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to the railwaystation /airport to board the flight/train for your onward journey.
