Day 1 : Arrival in Berlin
Welcome to Berlin! Post immigration and custom procedures, you will be greeted by a local representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. Check-in and enjoy your afternoon with a panoramic city tour. Afterwards, stay overnight at the hotel.
The tour includes a visit to sights in the center of West and East Berlin. There will be 4 - 5 photo stops and short walks at selected sights. The Berlin city tour will give you an extensive overview of the city and includes sights such as the Olympic Stadium or the East Side Gallery (1.3 km of original Berlin Wall) and many other sights.
There will also be photo stops and short walks with a detailed explanation at sights including Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag Parliament Building and governmental quarters; Business Center Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie and / or at the East Side Gallery (1.3 km of original Berlin Wall), Berlin Olympic Stadium, Charlottenburg Palace, Holocaust Memorial and Traditional center Berlin Cathedral and Museum Island.
Day 2 : Potsdam Tour
After breakfast, proceed for the Potsdam Tour.
Enjoy a relaxing and harmonious journey through the various centres of culture, art and architecture during this sightseeing tour. Walk through the marvelous gardens of Sanssouci and see famous sights like Sanssouci Palace, New Palace, Palace New Chambers, Historic Windmill, Charlottenhof Palace, the Roman Baths, the Orangery Palace and more. Visit the historic sections of the city, the Russian Colony "Alexandrowka" and the Dutch Quarter (Hollndisches Viertel).
The tour also includes a visit to one of the palaces in Sanssouci gardens.
Day 3 : Proceed to Warsaw
After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and proceed to Berlin station for your onward journey to Warsaw. On arrival, you will be transferred from the station to the hotel. Check-in to the hotel and spend your day at leisure.
Day 4 : Half-day Warsaw City Tour
After breakfast, enjoy a half-day city tour of Warsaw. On this half-day tour you will drive along the Royal Route: Krakowskie Przedmiescie, Nowy Swiat and Aleje Ujazdowskie, with its numerous churches (Holy Cross Church with Chopin's heart kept in the pillar), monuments, historic buildings and palaces, many of them housing embassies and ministries.
Make a halt in front of the Parliament; later walk through the Lazienki Park with its famous Palace on the Water, one of the last 18th century court theatres in Europe in Old Orangery; famous Chopin's monument and Belvedere Palace. Stop in the former Ghetto area, and admire the Nathan Rappaport Monument and Umschlagplatz.
Day 5 : Proceed to Krakow
After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and proceed to the station for your train to Krakow. On arrival, check-in to the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure.
Day 6 : : Half-day Krakow City Tour
After breakfast, enjoy a half-day city tour of Krakow. The tour will start with a visit to the Jewish District of Kazimierz. Here, you can explore the area, which used to be inhabited by one of the most diverse Jewish communities in Europe. Then, a short drive will take you up the Wawel Hill, which is the embodiment of Poland's former monarchical glory. Its summit is the Royal Castle and a 14th-century cathedral that hosted almost all coronations and funerals of the Polish monarchy. Having descended the hill, travelers will stroll along Kanonicza and Grodzka Streets to reach Collegium Maius (Great College), the oldest building of the Academia Cracoviensis. After visiting the charming Gothic courtyard you will continue to the main market square. This bustling heart of the city is the perfect place for picking up souvenirs, especially in the Cloth Hall that has been the local market place for centuries. End the tour by visiting St Mary's Church, where the stunning medieval altar sculpted by Veit Stoss is located and a bugle call sounds towards the four corners of the world every hour on the hour.
Day 7 : Proceed to Budapest
After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and proceed to the station for your onward journey to Budapest. On arrival, proceed and check-in to the hotel. In the evening, enjoy a boat cruise as you sip on campaign.
Day 8 : Budapest Walking tour with a visit to Handicraft Village
After breakfast, enjoy a walking tour of Budapest and then head to the world famous handicraft village, Szentendre.
After lunch, continue to Szentendre, a historical artists' village. Szentendre has been populated for over a thousand years. During the Romans' reign until the 4th century A.D., it was called Ulcisia Castra (Wolf Castle in Latin). The town is situated on a series of small slopes right along the River Danube. The colorful Baroque buildings, cobblestone streets and narrow alleyways leading to hilltop churches amaze children and adults alike; there is something for everyone in this town! Speaking of kids, highlights include the Marzipan Museum, where Hungary's former rulers statues, all made of marzipan and chocolate, will greet you with a sweet smile. Wine connoisseurs will certainly appreciate the Hungarian National Wine Museum, set up in an ancient wine cellar below the water level of the Danube. Since the 1500s Szentendre has remained the center of the Serb community in Hungary. The Holy Trinity Monument, the Belgrade Church and the Blagovestenska Church are important historical sights. The Margit Kovacs Museum is an extensive collection of Margit Kovacs's ceramic works featuring a unique synthesis of folk and Byzantine motifs.
Day 9 : Departure
After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and head to the airport for your flight back home.
