Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport where the vehicle will be waiting at the arrivals and the office personnel / driver will be there with a pla card ready. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal. The ancient culture and traditional architecture of Kathmandu means that the city boasts no less than seven World Heritage Sites incuding Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath, Swayambhunath etc. (Pick up Tribhuvan international Airport, Kathmandu).
Pick up Tribhuvan international Airport, Kathmandu.
Drive to the hotel. Check - in and have the rest of the evening for leisure.
One can go for local shopping / casinos / (on your own) etc. You will be taken to Pashupatinath Temple first.
Pashupatinath Temple- Pashupatinath is one of the four most important religious sites in Asia for devotees of Shiva. (Duration of the sightseeing will be about 3 hours approx.)

Day 2 : Kathmandu / Chitwan - 180 kms / 5 - 6 hours approx (Option of visiting Manakamna temple on the way)

Drive to Chitwan. Chitwan is 180 kms from Kathmandu and is 5-6 hours’ drive approx. Chitwan National Park is the first national park of Nepal. It was established in 1973 and was granted the status of a World Heritage Site in 1984. Jungle activities at Chitwan National Park. (You have the option of visiting Manakamna temple on the way where you are taken by a cable car ride of 10 mins.)

Day 3 : Chitwan

Enjoy jungle activities at Chitwan National Park including the safari in the jungles / canoeing / visit to elephant breeding center / jungle walk and bird watching / Tharu cultural dance show. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 : Chitwan / Kathmandu

Drive back to Kathmandu taking the same path and transfer to hotel. Evening will be free for personal activities.

Swayambhunath Temple: This stupa is the oldest of its kind in Nepal Legend has it that Swayambhu was born out of a lotus flower that bloomed in the middle of a lake that once spread across the Kathmandu Valley once was. After completing the sightseeing, drive back to the hotel.

Please Note

The vehicle will not be on disposal and will be provided as per the program only.
Drivers in Nepal are not educated. They speak/understand a very basic Hindi and English. They cannot do the job of a guide and will have to stay in the parking area along with the vehicle. The clients will have to buy the entrance fee on their own during the sightseeing.
Rates valid for Indian Passport holders only. OCI and PIO card is not valid in Nepal and cannot be used as an identification.
Hotel: Standard Check in Time: 2 PM and Standard Check Out time: 11 AM
Room Category: Base category which are called the Standard rooms or Deluxe rooms depending from hotel to hotel
A Passport or a voter’s id is the only valid document to travel to Nepal by air. Clients will not be allowed to travel by air using an Aadhar card or a driving license. For children under 18 years, a school identification with a photograph in it is a valid document.
Inr. 200, 500 and 2000 notes are illegal and not acceptable in Nepal. Clients should carry Inr. 100 and below notes only. The maximum limit amount that a person can carry is Inr. 25000 which should be in denomination of Inr. 100 or below.
Double Dose Covid Vaccination Certificate is mandatory.

Payment Terms:
30 % payments: At the time of confirmation
Full payment 7 days Prior to Nepal arrival in our account only.
Cancellation:
60 – 30 days prior to departure 10% of the tour cost.
29 - 15 days prior to departure 20% of the tour cost.
14 to 7 days prior to departure 40 % of the tour cost.
6 days or less no refunds.
Our cancellation policy applies in every instance. There will be no exception for any reasons therefore; we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. This low-cost insurance protects all deposits and payments should you have to cancel your trip due to personal or family illness. Should you or anyone in your choice purchase this insurance, please deal directly with the insurance company. Baggage and accident insurance are also available.

COVID PROTOCOLS

Vaccination certificate is mandatory. Note that the individual must have had 2 Covid Vaccination.
Fill form at www.ccmc.gov.np prior to arrival.

Alternatively, if one does not have a Covid certificate, One can get a negative RTPCR report within 72 hours. Children between 5- 18 years old, must have a negative RTPCR report while flying to/ departing from Kathmandu.
