Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Cochin - Munnar

  On arrival Cochin Airport / Ernakulam Station you will be met by our representative and proceed to Munnar. Enroute visit Indo Portuguese Museum. On arrival Munnar, check into hotel, rest of the day is at leisure overnight stay at Munnar.

• Day 2 : Munnar

  After breakfast visit Mattupatty Dam for boating, after lunch visit Tata tea Museum, Rajmalai View point and Ervaikulam Wild Life Sanctuary to see the rare Nilgiri mountain goat (Thar) and Blossom Garden. Evening free for rest, Overnight stay at Munnar.
• Day 3 : Munnar

  The day is free to explore the beauty of Munnar on your own. You can enjoy shopping or experience the traditional dance form of Kerala “Kathakali” Overnight stay in hotel.

• Day 4 : Munnar - Thekkady (102km)

  After breakfast proceed to Thekkady (3hrs) and check into hotel. In the evening take a guided spice plantation tour. Evening free time for shopping, Overnight stay in hotel.
• Day 5 : Thekkady

  After breakfast proceed for the sightseeing tour of Thekkady - one of the world's most fascinating wild life reserves. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. Optional activities like Boating at Periyar Lake, Spice Plantation visit, Bamboo Rafting, Trekking and Elephant Ride can be done at an extra cost. Overnight stay is arranged in Thekkady.

  • Themes Trekking
• Day 6 : Thekkady - Kumarakom. (114km)

  After bed tea at 0600 hrs go for boating at Periyar Lake and return back to hotel. After breakfast proceed to Kumarakom (3hrs). Evening is free to enjoy Sunset Cruise or enjoy the beauty of backwater by just relaxing near Vembanadu lake. Evening free for time for shopping. Night stay at Kumarakom.
• Day 7 : Kumarakom - Alleppey Houseboat (50km)

  Today on the way to Alleppey visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, famous for local and migratory birds. Further proceed to Alleppey the famous Houseboats of Kerala. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals. Lunch evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner and enjoy your evening on the sun deck away from polluted city and maddening crowd. Only disturbance will be the twinkle of a shining stars or diving of a fish around you to say hello by waving its tail from the lake.

• Day 8 : Alleppey Houseboat - Poovar

  Morning after breakfast proceed to Poovar. Poovar is a small coastal fishing island at the southern tip of Trivandtum district. The village is embraced by a beautiful beach on one side and the backwaters on the other. During high tides, an estuary links it to the sea.
• Day 9 : Poovar - Trivandrum - Kovalam

  fter breakfast in hotel and start a full day sightseeing tour of Trivandrum. Visit Padmanabha Temple, Kuthiramalika Museum, and Napier Museum, and Zoo. After lunch in Trivandrum return back to Kovalam. Overnight stay in Hotel.

• Day 10 : Departure

  Morning after breakfast checkout of hotel and we transfer you to Trivandrum Airport / Railway Station for onward journey.
