Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Board one of the most exciting trans-Himalayan flights into Leh 3500m, the capital of Ladakh. Meet our representative on arrival at Kushok Bakula Airport Leh & transfer to Hotel. Day for complete rest at the hotel to acclimatize. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 2 : Leh sight-seeing:

  Full day excursions to visit the sights in Indus Valley. Visit Sindhu Darshan, Shey Palace the ancient capital of Ladakh, Hemis monastery, Thiksey monastery an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village. The monastery has a beautiful 30 m high gold-plated statue of Maitreya Buddha, Return to Leh. Enjoy the spectacular view of sunset from Shanti Stupa. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 3 : Leh – Nubra Valley via KhardungLa

  The Nubra valley lies in the north of leh and is accessible over the Khardungla pass 5600 Mtrs which is one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Today we drive up north of Leh , across the Khardongla pass into Nubra valley 130km. You will visit the Diskit Chamba, Diskit Monastery which is a lovely monastery situated on a high mountain side and by evening you will reach Hunder. Check in camp at Hunder. Spend your evening sunset on the beautiful Sand Dunes. Overnight at camp in Hunder

• Day 4 : Nubra Valley (Hunder to Turtuk):

  After breakfast at camp in Hunder you will leave for Turtuk . Reach turtuk by Lunch, explore beautiful Turtuk and by evening you will get back to your camp. You can walk through the silvery Sand Dunes of Nubra near Hunder village and you can enjoy the ride of wild double humped Bactrain camels which is found only in Nubra valley as far as India is concerned.

• Day 5 : Nubra to Pangong via Shayok valley:

  After an early breakfast you will leave Nubra and through the scenic Shayok valley. Late afternoon you will reach the magnificent Pangong Lake. Pangong Lake is a salt water body of 120 km in length. It is bisected by the international border between India and China (2/3 of the lake is in China's possession). Visit the exact location of the famous movie "Three idiots" and enjoy outing along the banks of the lake. One really feels very close - nature at Pangong Lake with its scenic surroundings. Overnight stay in camp/resort at Spangmik in Pangong.

• Day 6 : Pangong to Tsomorir Lake via Tsaga La

  You can enjoy early morning photo-shoots of the lake which looks great,
  breakfast and then drive Tsomoriri. Enroute you will come across through the manysmall villages like Maan Merak Chusul Tsaga La etc.
  Tsomoriri is 23 km long and 10-15 km wide and the panoramic
  view of the Lake is amazing with Turquoise coloured water.It is a beautiful lake that lies at an altitude of around 15000 feet above sea level.Upon reaching Korzok village you will check in camps.

• Day 7 : Tsomoriri Lake - Leh via Chumathang

  After breakfast you visit Korzok monetary after that you will leave towards Leh . By lunch you will reach Chumathang which is quite famous its Hot spring and has good potential of geothermal energy .
  Reach Leh by early evening.
  Overnight at the hotel.

• Day 8 : Sham valley excursion:

  After breakfast drive to Alchi Monastery one of the 7 wonders in India which
  enshrines among the most magnificent miniature Buddhist paintings in the
  Himalayas which are more than 1000 years old. Enroute visit photo stop at the magnificent magnetic hill which defies the law of gravitation, Patthar Sahab Gurudwara, confluence of Indus & Zanskar Rivers which are two major rivers in Ladakh, and quite popular for River Rafting. Later on way you will visit Hall of fame.Reach Leh and explore the Leh Town in evening.

  Morning after a light snacks, transfer to airport to board flight for Delhi with sweet memories.
