Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  A meet and greet has been arranged for you at the airport.
  Your personalised chauffer cum guide will welcome you at your arrival. Our driver will guide you to the Shikara wala who will enthral you with the mesmerising shikara ride of dal lake. You should definitely ask him to take you to Char Chinar and Kabootar ghar which lie in the centre of Dal lake as a small Island. And after that proceed towards world famous Tulip Garden (Only for the month of April). It is the largest tulip garden in
  Asia spread over an area of about 30 hectares with millions of tulips. The hues of tulip flower will enhance your visual effects of color. Check in your hotel for night stay and relax yourself with delicious dinner

• Day 2 : Sringar Airport - Srinagar Sightseeing

  Start you day with fresh memories of Gulmarg and proceed towards Srinagar local sightseeing. If you are in Nigeen and have not seen the Hazratbal Mosque then you have missed a major site of attraction both spiritually and by virtue of nature. This mosque is famous for its picturesque view and holding the distinction of the presence of Holy relic believed to be the strands of hair of Prophet Muhammad’s beard. A trip to Srinagar without visiting Mughal gardens is incomplete. Mesmerize yourself with the Mughal Gardens of Emperor Shahjahan which include Shalimar Garden, Nishat Garden and Cheshmashahi Garden. On the way you could also visit the famous Parimahal known primarily for being the musical court of Mughal King Shah Jahan. For those who are devotee of Lord Shiva, a visit to the Shankar Achariya Temple is a must. It is stragically located on top of a hill.
  Get the spiritual vibes from 2500 year old temple and simultaneously muse your eyes with the beautiful whole Dal lake view. Retire back to your hotel and appease your hunger with international cuisine and retire to your bed.

• Day 3 : Srinagar

  The journey will take around 1 and half hour and you should visit famous Awantipora Ruins and Saffron fields on the way. Awantipora ruins are known for being ancient Hindu temples during the reign of King Avantivarman who ruled during AD 855-833. Enjoy your evening on the bank of river lidder and calm your nerves with the soothing sound of flowing water. Check in to your hotel and relax yourself with delicious dinner and a night stay.

• Day 4 : Pahalgam

  The journey will take around 1 and half hour and you should visit famous Awantipora Ruins and Saffron fields on the way. • Day 5 : Pahalgam - Daksum - Srinagar

  An early check out and boarding the vehicle for a trip to Daksum is must. DAKSUM (8500 ft): A trekker's paradise (2 hours very scenic drive) swathed in coniferous forests, gurgling streams, hidden grassy meadows, where your only company is the sound of the gushing Bringhi river or an occasional shepherd tending his flock. Daksum is also famous for its trout - an angler's heaven. On our way to Daksum we will be visiting a major tourist attraction called VerinagSpring. There is an octagonal stone basin at Verinag Spring and an arcade surrounding it which were built by Mughal emperor Jahangir in 1620 A.D. Later, a beautiful garden next to this spring, was laid out by his son Shah Jahan. This spring is known to never dry up or overflow. Kokernag, a place in south kashmir is also a major desitnation to be seen. The spring gushes out of the base of a thickly wooded hill from where it divides into channels, which resembles to the claw-foot of a hen, hence its name.
  We will also be visiting the famous Martand Sun temple. Martand Temple was selected as the background for the song Bismil, in the popular Bollywood movie Haider. Retire back to the srinagar for an overnight stay in houseboat to refresh yourself for a busy tight scheduled day.

• Day 6 : Srinagar - Gulmarg

  A warm cup of tea with delicious breakfast should get you ready for the day of activity. Gulmarg is at a travel distance of 40 Km from the Srinagar city which is to be covered in an hour. We could halt at Tangmarg for a cup of coffee and relax our muscles. We will check in to the hotel and freshen up for mesmerizing visuals of Gulmarg aptly called as winter paradise. The major locations to be covered are Golf Club, Strawberry Valley, Nageen Valley and Maharaja Palace.
  It is a shame if we come to Gulmarg and don’t enjoy the highest cable rope car in the world famously known as Gondola. It can take you up to the height of 16,000 ft. above sea level and will mesmerise you will the glaciers of Khilanmerg and Afarwat. A word of caution, it is cold there so brace yourself with warm clothes and accessories. If you have a nick for winter sports then you could buckle up yourself for snow skiing, sledging, snow bikes and ATV bikes. Check in you hotel, appease your hunger with international cuisine and retire to your bed.

• Day 7 : Gulmarg - Wular Lake

  A warm cup of tea with delicious breakfast should get you ready for the day of activity. One of the largest freshwater lakes in Asia, the pristine beauty of Wular Lake is in Bandipora district in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. The majestic lake has a breathtaking view and attracts a huge number of visitors around the year. Wular Lake's basin was formed as a result of tectonic activity, due to which the area covered by the lake varies throughout the year, a phenomenon which is unique to this destination. The lake, calm in its appearance, is known for the fierce winds that sometimes blow heavy currents all through its way. However, when the waters are serene and collected, this destination plays host to a number of events such as boating, water sports and water ski Wular Lake is also a bird watcher's delight. A number of terrestrial birds such as black-eared kite, Eurasian sparrowhawk, short-toed eagle, Himalayan golden eagle, Himalayan Monal, chukar partridge, koklass pheasant, rock dove, common cuckoo, alpine swift, Indian roller, Himalayan woodpecker, hoopoe, barn swallow and golden oriole make the rounds of this attraction quite regularly. Drive back to Srinagar for your night stay, Appease your hunger with international cuisine and retire to your bed.

• Day 8 : Srinagar - Aharbal

  We will be starting early as we have a busy day of travel to 4 important destinations. Aharbal is known for its waterfall, Aharbal Falls, where the Veshu river falls noisily 25 metres and 7 metres through a narrow gorge of granite boulders. Aharbal Falls are also referred to as the Niagara Falls of Kashmir, owing to the volume of the water that falls. Mughal Road was historically used by Moghul emperors to travel and conquer Kashmir during the sixteenth century.[5] It was the route used by Akbar the Great to conquer Kashmir in 1586, and his son Emperor Jahangir died while returning from Kashmir on this road near Rajouri. Peer ki Gali is a historically important place for its relevance to a saint who used to live there during the rein of emperor Aurangzeb. We will travel back to Srinagar for a night stay in hotel..

• Day 9 : Srinagar - Sonmarg

  A warm cup of tea with delicious breakfast should get you ready for the day of activity. Drive to sonmarg.
  You should visit Thajwas glacier. You will have to use ponies to reach the glacier. You should also visit fish point in Sonmarg for a small boat ride and zorbing ball. If you have a nick for water and heights then white water rafting and trekking is a must in Sonmarg. Check in to your hotel with vivid memory of Kashmir for an overnight stay. Appease your hunger with international cuisine and retire to your bed.

• Day 10 : Sonmarg

  Your night stay in sonmarg should have revitalized your body and mind. Check out from your hotel refreshed and satiated with your breakfast and move towards Thajwas glacier. If you have a nick for water and heights then white water rafting and trekking is a must in sonmarg. Return to your hotel with vivid memory of Kashmir for an overnight stay.

• Your package is fully refundable if the cancellation is done 30 days in advance of your arrival date.


• The cancellation charges for your package will be based on the below scheme.


• Zero percent cancellation charges if cancelled 30 days in advance.


• 5 percent of total package if cancelled before 15 to 29 days of your arrival.


• 10 percent of your total package cost if cancelled before 5 to 14 days of your arrival.


• 15 percent of your total package cost if cancelled before 3 to 5 days of your arrival.


• No refund if cancelled within 72 hours of your arrival.


• The cost of the flight tickets need to be paid in full and in advance in order to confirm the flight tickets. Any change in the cost of flights at the time of booking will be intimated to you and booked only after your confirmation. Variation in cost of flights is beyond the control of Bliss Travel Management and hence Bliss travel Management cannot be held accountable for the change in flight cost.


• On written confirmation of your package from your end, we will request you to make an initial advance payment of INR 10,000 to activate your package. The initial payment is to be made online in the below mentioned company account number. On receipt of the initial advance payment our operations team will issue you voucher for your stay and travel.

The remaining amount needs to be paid on your arrival in Kashmir.
