Visit to the fallout shelter is an unique chance to go back to the times of the Cold War. I was a strictly confidential facility, only few known about it’s existence. Shelter is well-preserved – most of the devices works till today!

Guide will tell you about the idea of the fallout shelter and those times in Poland.

Confidential fallout shelter was built in the middle of 70s. as a part of the Military Health Care in case of nuclear attack, biological or chemical contamination.

At the beginning of XXI-century it was a military lab, where research regarding weapons of mass destruction was lead.

In the fallout shelter you can see for example decontamination chambers, labs, research chambers, doctor’s office, office, control room and machine-room.
