Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Fez - Ifrane - Errachidia (340 km)

  Pick up in Fez the first city of Morocco and drive towards Errachidia (Ksar Souk) via a photo stop in Ifrane (The small Switzerland) and in the unique cedar forest with monkeys (Magot) of the Middle Atlas near Azrou. The lunch be will in Midelt after passing the Zad pass (2178m), then cross the Hight Atlas by Tizi n'Talghmt (1907m) to follow the Ziz area with its magnificent valley and canyons. Visit the old Amezzouj Kasbah at the fund of Ziz gorges, then arrive in Errachidia and overnight in a Kasbah Hotel. • Day 2 : Errachidia - Erfoud - Merzouga (125 km)

  After your breakfast, drive south into the desert of Erg Chebbi by the magical valley of Ziz with its impressive pre-saharan oasis kasbahs. A photo stop in the blue source of Meski and at the panoramic view of the valley, then a visit the marble factories and fossils of Erfoud. After we arrive at the foot of the spectacular sand dunes to start your adventure by camels trek to spend a quiet night in the desert camp. Night under nomad tents with drum music and shooting stars.
• Day 3 : Merzouga - Erg Chebbi Tour - Merzouga (120 km track)

  The second step is devoted to explorer a desert life around the Erg Chebbi dunes after your breakfast and shower. We'll visit a small villages and oases in the region, the local nomadic berber habitant, the Mifis mines, the village of gnawas (black of Soudan), crossing the runways of Paris-Dakar and different desert plateaus as black desert, salt lakes, wadis ... The break lunch on the road and back to the Hostel for dinner and overnight.
• Day 4 : Merzouga - Rissani - Tinghir - Boumalne Dades (320 km)

  After breakfast, we leave the warmth and silence of the desert to reach the freshness of Todra and Dades valleys. We are going through Erfoud on small towns and oases of Jorf with its old irrigation systems, the Touroug and Tinejdad. Arrival in the spectacular gorges of Todra and lunch. Afternoon, a short walk is requiered, then continue on the road of a thousand Kasbahs with beautiful Berber villages. Overnight in a local Hotel Kasbah.
• Day 5 : Boumalne Dades - Ouarzazate - Marrakech (330 km)

  In the morning we head Marrakech (The south pearl) by the roses valley at Kalaat M'Gouna (The capital of roses) and Kasbah Taourirte in Ouarzazate (The old city), the cinema center and the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou built over the Ounilla valley (old carovans road of gold & salt). After lunch, we continue by a berber villages on the monatin of the High Atlas. Finally we cross the Tichka pass (2260m) to arrive in Marrakech and overnight in Riad Hotel.
• Day 6 : City Tour of Marrakech (The Red City)

  After breakfast, we start the tour with the Koutoubia and its gardens, the Saàdian tumbs, the Bahia and Badii Palace, Medersa Ben Youssef and break lunch. Afternoon, visit the Majorelle Gardens and the Menara Basin. After is free time to wander around the medina souks and the famous Jamà el Fna. Dinner and overnight at Riad/Hotel.
• Day 7 : Marrakech - Ouzoud Waterfalls - Zaouiat Ahansal (275 km)

  Early departure for Zaouiat Ahansal in the heart of the High Atlas through the cave Imi ifri in Demnate and Ouzoud waterfalls. Arriving in his vast successive increases of more than 100 m high with its great atmosphere and lunch. Afternoon, we drive to the small village of Dar Ahansal enjoying a beautiful panoramic views of the monatains and pettoresques berber villages. Overnight in a Hotel Kasbah.
• Day 8 : Zaouiat Ahansal - Meknes - Fez (340 km)

  In the morning after breakfast, we go to the direction of Fez via Khénifra. We'll have a photo stop at the great mountain-rock nicknamed "the cathedral", then continue via one of the largest lakes of the country called Bin el Ouidane. Reaching the waterfall with ksar Ain Asserdoune in Beni Mellal and break lunch in this great green site. After we continue by visiting the sources Oum Rabii, then Azrou and Ifrane to reach Fez late afternoon and end of our trip.
