Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : HANOI

  Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
• Day 2 : HANOI

  Start the day with a cooking class of northern specialty foods at a chef's private residence. In the afternoon take a city tour of the Old Quarter, Temple of Literature and the Ethnology Museum.
• Day 3 : HANOI - HALONG BAY

  Travel to Halong Bay and board your junk. Lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities or just spend some time relaxing on board.
• Day 4 : HALONG BAY - HANOI - DANANG

  Cruise back to the pier and return to Hanoi in time to board your flight to Danang. 
• Day 5 : HOI AN

  Take a short bicycle ride through rice paddies to the countryside (a vehicle can be arranged for those preferring not to cycle) to learn about rice cultivation with a local farming family. Enjoy lunch with the host family before riding back to the hotel. 
• Day 6 : HOI AN - HUE

  In the morning, explore Hoi An on foot to discover the charming, old-world trading port of narrow streets and traditional houses. In the afternoon, drive through Danang and climb over the Pass of Ocean Clouds to the wonderfully photogenic fishing village of Lang Co before visiting the Cham Museum, which contains the finest collection of Cham sculptures in the world. Enjoy an exclusive private dinner at Y Thao restaurant.
• Day 7 : HUE

  Hue is the centre of Vietnam's culinary world. After visiting a fresh food market, learn some traditional Hue dishes with culinary artisan Mrs Nhu at her home. From here cycle through the old city to Tinh Tam Lake where there are many local-style coffee shops around the lake. End your tour at Dong Ba Market with stalls teeming with colour. This is a great place to catch a glimpse of everyday life. 
• Day 8 : HUE - SAIGON

  Transfer to the airport for your flight to Saigon. This afternoon, take a walking tour of vibrant Saigon, taking in the landmarks and hidden charm of the city, with the chance to meet some local characters of the city as you go. After having experienced the frenzy of Saigon by day, discover the lively local streets by night, sampling local delicacies on a street food tour
• Day 9 : MEKONG DELTA

  Head for the Mekong today for an in-depth experience around the Ben Tre area. See local industries including coconut and mat weaving family workshops. Meet Uncle Tam Nhu at his orchard and enjoy some fresh bites of fruit. Board a sampan and ride through the labyrinth of canals before heading to Mrs Mai's for lucnh, where you can also kayak, cycle the village or relax before returning to Saigon.
• Day 10 : SAIGON

  Transfer to Saigon Airport.
