Day 1 : Jordan - Madada - Mt. Nebo - Amman
Upon arrival at Amman Airport you'll be met by your Jordan representative who will assist you also with the immigration formalities. Drive to visit Madaba and Mount Nebo, The trip south of Amman along the 5,000 years old King's Highway is one of the most memorable journeys in the Holy Land, passing through a string of ancient sites. The first city along the way from the north is Madaba, "the City of Mosaics" which has been intermittently inhabited for nearly 3,500 years, The chief attraction in this city is a wonderfully vivid, sixth-century Byzantine mosaic map showing Jerusalem and other holy sites; there are also literally hundreds of other mosaics scattered throughout Madaba’s churches and homes. Ten minutes to the west is Mount Nebo, the memorial of Moses, and the presumed site of the prophet's death and burial place. Transfer to hotel in Amman for dinner and overnight.
Day 2 : Amman - Sheikh Hussein Border - Cana - Nazareth - Tiberias
In the morning after breakfast and check out from the hotel you will be transfered to Sheikh Hussein border to cross Israel. After immigration formalities you will meet our Israel representative who will drive you to visit Cana where Jesus performed his first Miracle, changing water into wine at the wedding feast. Then on to Nazareth, the boyhood town of Jesus and home of Mary and Joseph and visit the Basilica of the Annunciation built over the grotto where Archangel Gabriel appeared to announce that she would bear a son, Jesus. We also stop by Joseph's workshop. On the route view Mt. Tabor, the sacred site of the Transfiguration. Transfer to Tiberias, nestled on the Sea of Galilee where Jesus performed many miracles, check in the hotel for overnight in Tiberias.
Day 3 : Sea Of Galilee - Capernaum - Tabgha - Mount Of Beatitudes - Yardenit - Jaffa - Bethlehem
After breakfast and check out from the hotel, we drive through the landscapes of Galilee and later for a ride in a replica of a Galilean fishing boat of that time, on the Sea of Galilee and where Jesus calmed the storm and walked on the water. Visit Capernaum - the center of Jesus' ministry after he left Nazareth. We stop at Tabgha - the Church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes and the expressive Church of the Beatitudes, where Jesus gave the Sermon on the Mount. We make a brief halt at St. Peter's house, the Church of Primacy of Peter and the place where Jesus bestowed St. Peter with his authority. This is believed to be the place where Jesus dined with his disciples. The flat rock known as Mensa Christ of Chris's table commemorates this event. Stop at Yardenit, the traditional baptismal site on the Jordan River. Continue our way via the city of Caesarea to Jaffa (Joppa), an ancient port city believed to be one of the oldest in the world. Here St. Peter worked the Miracle of raising Tabitha to life and here he had the vision in which God invited him to gather also the Gentiles to the bosom of the church. Transfer to your hotel in Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.
Day 4 : Mt. Of Olives - Old City Of Jerusalem — Mt. Zion - Jewish Quarter - Wailing Wall
We start in the morning with a visit to the Mt of Olives, to the Church of Ascension which commemorates the assent of Jesus to heaven, the Paternoster church, according to tradition, lye's the cave where Jesus brought his desciples and spoke to them about the mystery of the end, Then continue for a panoramic view of Mt. of Olives and from there, by foot to Dominus Flevit where Jesus wept over the eminent destruction of Jerusalem. The chapels are built in the shape of a tear as a poignant reminder to this event, and then visit the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus prayed while Judah betrayed him to the Romans. Visit the Basilica of Agony. We then visit Mary's Tomb. From there continue to the pools of Beit Hasda, where Jesus healed the crippled man, and from there we take the Via Dolorosa (Way of Grief), traditionally accepted as the last route trodden by Jesus. Follow the 14 Stations of the Cross to Golgotha, the place where Jesus was crucified marking significant events along the route. You will see the Pilate's Judgments Hall, the Chapel of the Flagellation where, according to tradition, the Roman soldiers scourged Jesus and placed a crown of thorns on His head, the Ecce Homo Arch. The last 4 Stations of the Cross are inside the Church of the Holy Sepulcher visible from the distance, wihich is two silver domes. Also "The Tomb" widely believed to be part of the stone that covered Jesus's Tomb. We then visit Mt Zion with the upper room and King David's Tomb. We also visit the church of St. Peter Gallicantu, the site where Jesus was imprisoned by the High Priest before he was turned over to the Romans and the church of Dormition. In the afternoon, we go through the Jewish quarter to the Wailing Wall which is the holiest place for the Jewish religion. Return back to hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 5 : Bethlehem - Jericho – Bethany - Qumran - Dead Sea
Today after breakfast we go for Avisit to Bethlehem, this is located in the Judah province. It was here that the Angel announced the birth of Jesus to the shepherds of Bethlehem during the reign of King Herod. Also, here David tended his flocks until he was anointed King of Israel. Visit the Church of Nativity, Manger Square; Shepherds field, Crusaders Cloister, Grotto of St, Jerome. We then cross the Judean Desert passing via Jericho, believed to be the oldest city on earth, and viewing En route Mt. Quarantal, where Jesus spent 40 days when Satan tried to tempt him and the Sycamore tree. We then visit Bethany, the town of Mary, Martha and Lazarus. Visit the Tomb of Lazarus. We then descend to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth (1305 ft. below sea level); visit Qumran caves, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Make a stop at a private beach and take the opportunity to float in the salty buoyant water, rich in minerals (towels and swim wearnecessary). Return back to hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 6 : Bethlehem - Taba Border - St. Catherine
After breakfast and check out you will be transfer ed via the beautiful Arava road to Taba border located at the Red Sea city of Eilat. After arrival at Taba border and after all the formalities you will meet with our Egyptian representative. Transfer to St. Catherine for dinner and overnight.
Day 7 : Catherine - Cairo
After breakfast and checkout at the hotel we will visit St. Catherine Monastery, one of the world's religious pilgrimage centers for over 15 centuries. Then proceed to Cairo.
Optional:
Upon arrival transfer direct to have your dinner at Nile Dinner Cruise on the Nile River for 2 hours with oriental show and entertainment. Transfer to your hotel in Cairo for dinner and overnight.
Day 8 : Cairo
After breakfast we'll visit the Pyramids which are considered one of the eight wonders and The Sphinx. Proceed to the Egyptian Museum to view the largest antiques for the ancient pharaohs, including the treasure of King "Tut Ankh Amen". Then proceed to Old Cairo to visit the hanging-church, Abu serge and Synagogue. Return back to hotel for dinner and overnight. Pyramids and Sphinx. Transfer to Cairo International Airport for your departure flight with Special pilgrims' certificate.

Application forms available at Sacred Heart Journeys office should be completely filled by the participant in capital letters. It should be submitted along-with two latest photographs (passport size) along-with Cash / Online Transfer/ Local Cheque / Demand Draft. The Demand Draft should be payable at Pune.
The tour booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of: Non Refundable amount of 25% of tour cost, in addition to the charges such as air, rail fares, any special service request etc along with completed personal information form or email of the same.
50% of the tour cost to be paid 60 days before date of departure.
Balance 25% of the tour cost to be paid 30 days prior to the departure.
The trip will be considered confirm only if there is no default in the above payment procedure.
The selected participants will be informed about the date and time of reporting at Pune or at respective reporting stations. If the participants do not complete the programmes or abandon it due to any reason, no refund is possible. Sacred Heart Journeys has the right to change the programmes in case of contingencies and such decisions shall be binding on all.
Sacred Heart Journeys reserve the exclusive rights to select the participants for any of the programmes. In case if any person is refused admission, the organization will not be bound to give any explanation or reason for any such refusal. However, in such a case the entire amount shall be refunded to the person whose admission is refused by the organizers.
