Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi

  Arrive in Delhi and check into the hotel that has been pre booked for you. Our representatives will ensure that you have comfortably checked in. Here you can rest and relax for the night and prepare yourself for the tour ahead of you. Early next morning, gear yourself up to explore the spectacles that Delhi has to offer. Whether it is the Old Delhi area or the New Delhi region, you will nevertheless be amused by all that the city has to offer. A sharp contrast between Old Delhi and New Delhi makes the exploration all the more amusing. While the Old Delhi area predominantly speaks volumes of the Mughal legacies, New Delhi is most admired for the British influence reflected through the buildings and monuments located here. You will halt here in the city for the night.
• Day 2 : Delhi

• Day 3 : Delhi - Sawai Madhopur - Ranthambore

  On the third day it is time for guests to move out of Delhi and arrive at Sawai Madhopur where the actual tiger trail is waiting to begin. From Delhi, an enjoyable train journey will take one to Sawai Madhopur, a quaint town in Rajasthan, from where you will be taken to the Ranthambore National Park. On arriving at Ranthambore, check into a jungle resort to enhance the wildlife trail experience and then get set to embark on a trail across the jungles. Return to the resort and stay overnight.
• Day 4 : Ranthambore

  For the next two days, explore through the length and breadth of the National Park as it has lots to offer to you. The place attracts nature lovers, bird watchers, animal lovers and even environmentalists besides of course the leisure and adventure travelers owing to the vast variety of flora and fauna species housed here. Besides the park, you could also visit the famous Ranthambore Fort and the Ranthambore School of Art for a refreshing break from the wildlife environs. A game drive in the lazy afternoon will add thrill to the trip by manifolds.

• Day 5 : Ranthambore

  For the next two days, explore through the length and breadth of the National Park as it has lots to offer to you.   If the afternoon game drive left you wanting for more, make one last visit to the park early in the morning to bid adieu to the residents and also to capture the last moment memories! Post breakfast, resume your journey to the next destination of the Footsteps of the Tiger tour and arrive at Jaipur by late afternoon. Check into the hotel for your overnight stay.
• Day 7 : Jaipur

  Begin your excursion in and around Jaipur with the grand Amer Fort. A gaily decorated elephant waits to give you a traditional welcome and to take you on a ride on its back up to the entrance of the fort. Reserve the second half of the seventh day for sightseeing within Jaipur. Visit the Sawai Man Singh Museum, Hawa Mahal, and the Jantar Mantar to relish on the beauty of the architectural masterpieces. Do not miss to visit the main market area especially in the evenings for it adorns a new look, almost resembling a bride!

• Day 8 : Jaipur - Agra

  On the eight day of the tour, leave Jaipur for Agra that is almost a 6 hours drive away. While on the way, visit the erstwhile Mughal capital- Fatehpur Sikri and admire its grandeur that still stands the same. By evening arrive at Agra, home to the majestic Taj Mahal.

• Day 9 : Agra - Umaria

  The attractions that wait to vie for your attention within Agra are the Agra Fort, the It Mad ud Daullah, and definitely the Taj Mahal. Spend time to marvel at the beauty of each of these monuments and carry back fond memories of these timeless pieces to linger on your mind forever. Late in the afternoon, a joyride aboard a train will take you to Umaria, the next destination in line. It is an overnight journey so you will reach Umaria in the wee hours of the morning.

• Day 13 : Bandhavgarh National Park - Pench National Park

  It is the thirteenth day of the tour and post breakfast the trail will now head towards Pench. On arriving here, you will be escorted and checked into a forest lodge where you could rest for the night. As it takes about 7 hours to reach Pench from Umaria, it is best advised that you rest and regain your energy before you embark on a roller coaster tiger trail.
• Day 14 : Pench National Park

  Pench is another feather on the grand cap of Indian wildlife wonders. Housing another national park, Pench is best visited for its variety of flora species. Dense forests comprising of herbs, shrubs, and a range of trees including Teak and Saja are the highlights here. In the fauna variety, one could definitely expect a visual treat of nilgais, leopards, monkeys and about 50 varieties of tigers! Yes, the list is that interesting. And last but not the least; bird lovers can treat themselves to the heavenly visual created by the flocks of migratory and water birds.
• Day 15 : Pench National Park

  Pench is another feather on the grand cap of Indian wildlife wonders. Housing another national park, Pench is best visited for its variety of flora species. Dense forests comprising of herbs, shrubs, and a range of trees including Teak and Saja are the highlights here. • Day 16 : Pench National Park - Nagpur - Delhi

  Footsteps of the Tiger tour is almost nearing end, except for the last leg of travel to Nagpur and then to Delhi. After reaching Nagpur (2 hours drive from Pench), you can board the flight to Delhi from where you can take a flight for your return journey home.
