Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Njp/ Bagdogra – Gangtok

  Meet & greet with our representative at NJP Railway station /Bagdogra Airport & transfer to Gangtok. On arrival check in to the hotel. In the evening you can visit local market or nearby area (at your own). Overnight at hotel.
• Day 2 : Full Day Lake & Baba Mandir Excursion Trip, (nathula Optional, Depend On Permit)

  After breakfast drive to Tsomgo Lake (Alt 12000ft/3600M), a high altitude alpine lake close to Indo-China Border. Enjoy playing in snow and try Yak Ride and proceed further to Legendary Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. Back to Hotel. Night stay at Gangtok hotel.
  Optional Tour to Nathula Pass (14000 ft/4200 M) on China Border can be arranged (except Monday, Tuesday) for Indians only with 30 days advance request at an additional cost. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
  (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tshango Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing).
• Day 3 : Gangtok to Darjeeling

  After breakfast check out from hotel & proceed for Darjeeling.. Check in & rest. In the evening you can visit local market or nearby area (at your own). Overnight at hotel.
• Day 4 : Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

  Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
  After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden and Japanese Temple. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 5 : Darjeeling - Phuentsholing

  After breakfast check out from the hotel & transfer to Phuentsholing - The Gateway of Bhutan by Road from India. It is a thriving commercial center on the northern edge of the Indian Plains. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.
• Day 6 : Phuentsholing – Thimphu

  (Distance: 176 kms. / Driving Time: 6 hrs. / Altitude of Thimphu: 2350 mts.)
  After breakfast complete the immigration formalities then proceed to Thimpu,The capital town of Bhutan,on the way we visit the famous Kharbandi Gonpa from where we have the scenic view of phuntsholing valley. And the way pass through valleys rocky mountains and green forest.On the way stop for two points they are (a) Dam view point and (b) dantak view point. check in to the hotel... Night stay at Thimpu.

• Day 7 : Thimphu Sightseeing – Do Chula- Punakha / Wangdue

  (Distance: 77 kms. / Driving Time: 3 hrs. / Altitude of Punakha: 1310 mts.)
  After breakfast visit Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue), King's Memorial Chorten (Monument) & Folk Heritage Museum. Afternoon transfer to Punakha / Wangdue Phodrang (4,300 ft.), via Dochu-La-Pass (10,170 ft.) to view the higher Himalayas. The pass also has 108 Druk Wangyal Khangzang Chorten which is believed brings multi fold merit to all sentient beings and which make the pass a must visit place. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay will be at Punakha / Wangdue Phodrang.
• Day 8 : Punakha / Wangdue Sightseeing – Paro

  (Distance: 140 kms. / Driving Time: 5 hrs. / Altitude of Paro: 2280 mts.)
  After breakfast check out from hotel with bag & baggage’s and visit the Punakha Dzong - built in 1637 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. For many years until the time of the second king, it served as the seat of the Government. The Dzong was named Druk Pungthang Dechen Phodrang (Palace of Great Happiness). Punakha is still the winter residence of Je-Khenpo and King Jigme Dorji Wangchuck convened the first National Assembly here in 1952. After that take a short excursion trip to visit the Chhimi Lhakhang - The Temple, also known as “The Temple of Fertility” was built by Lama Drukpa Kuenley, “The Devine Mad Man”. After noon drive to Paro. On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Paro.
• Day 9 : Paro Sightseeing + Departure to P/ling..

  After breakfast start full day sightseeing covering Ta Dzong - National Museum with an excellent collection of Bhutanese antiquities, Rinpung Dzong - the administrative seat of the district of Paro. Afternoon transfer to P/Ling.. Overnight stay will be at P/Ling.
• Day 10 : P/ling - Bagdogra (4 Hrs Approx)

  Morning is free for packing and personal activity...After Breakfast Check out from the hotel and drop at NJP Railway Station & proceed journey with sweet memories of Bhutan.
