MONUMENT INFORMATION -
HMI and Zoo remain closed on Thursdays at Darjeeling
Gangtok local city tour should not be undertaken on Sundays & National
Holidays as they remain closed
Please carry valid photo Id proof (PAN / Voters card/ Driving License) & 02copies of passport size photo to go to Tsomgo Lake.Cost for extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.
Cost for optional tours, Up–Gradation Charges, Guide, Sightseeing entrance fees.
Cost for Nathula pass sight seeing.
En route meals
Cost for any other service not mentioned under the Inclusion.
Cost for Airfare, Train fare. Travel insurance.
Cost for any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to change in Package cost, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Additional cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like
Landslides, road blockage, etc. In such case extra will have to be paid on the   spot by the guest directly.
Payment for service provided on a personal request.
Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips, etc.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Darjeeling

  Transfer to Darjeeling from NJP station or Bagdogra airport. Evening free for visit Darjeeling Mall by walk. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 2 : Tiger Hills 

  Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (8364 Ft / 2550 Mts at around 3.30 AM) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop.
   
  After breakfast go for a 7 point seeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Pamela Nadia Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tensing Rock, Aver Art gallery & outer view of a Tea Estate. Back to hotel. Overnight stay.

  • Themes : Mountaineering

• Day 3 : Gangtok

  After breakfast transfer to Gangtok. Evening free for own activity. Overnight stay at hotel.
  

• Day 4 : Tshangu Lake

  After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake. Also visit to New Baba Mandir ORExcursion to Namchi & Temi Tea Garden (outer view).
  Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel.
  

• Day 5 : Departure

  Drop at NJP station or Bagdogra airport for departure.

• Child without extra bed (CNB) (5 – 12 yrs) - 30% of the adult cost


• Child with extra bed (CWB) (5 – 12 yrs) - 50% of the adult cost


• Extra adult (above 12 yrs) - 75% of the adult cost

• Accommodation on 01 Dbl room + 01 extra bed / mattress


• All Transfer & Sightseeing by 01 NAC Vehicle (Sumo /similar).

RULES FOR VISIT TO TSOMGO LAKE & NEW BABA MANDIR
 
The permit for Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir is issued on the day of visit within 08.00 AM. Sometimes due to tourist rush the issuance of permit might take little time. If the permit is not issued due to weather problems as well as military restrictions, then alternate trip to Namchi & Temi Tea Garden will be offered. However, if the journey starts but is interrupted by some problem & sufficient time is there in hand, and then the following points will be covered -

Please note:
 

• Rates valid for Indian Nationals.


• Rate is non-commission able and net payable to us


• Rooms / Vehicle are subject to availability & are not on hold


• Cancellation charges as applicable


• Extra Person / Child With Bed (CWB) sharing the room on mattress


• Lifts are not available in these areas & guest should be prepared to climb a few stairs.


• The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but will not be at disposal.


• Management is at liberty to make changes or omit any place of


• Visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or bandh, security reason etc.


• Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues(like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter


• Which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.


• There will be no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be the reason.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 

• Within 3 weeks from the date of journey Cancellation Charge will be 50 % of the package cost.


• Within 15 days from the date of journey Cancellation Charge will be 75 % of the package cost.


• Within 10 Days & Less from the date of journey Full Cancellation or No Refund.
