Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra n Gangtok

  On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport you will be received by our office executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok. Upon arrival proceed to the hotel for check-in; the evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 2 : Excursion to Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir

  After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake (12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way from Gangtok) & through Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary and Baba Mandir (13100Ft / 3994 Mts / 16Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake) (no entry for foreigner national, they are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above is number to visit Tshangu Lake). Situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 3 : Gangtok Sightseeing - Pelling

  After breakfast at hotel you will depart for half day city tour of Gangtok. This includes Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Research Institute of Tibetology, Dro-drul Chorten (Stupa, built by the venerable Trulshi Rimpoche, head of the Nyingma order of Tibetan Buddhism, in 1945), White Hall, Flower Show, Enchey Monastery. After sight seeing depart for Pelling. Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. The evening is free for leisure, overnight stay at Pelling.
  Pelling-located at a distance of 120 kms from Gangtok Pelling is another serene, mountain village which lies in the western districts of Sikkim. This village is situated at an altitude of approximately 2000 metres and commands a spectacular view of Mt. Kanchenjunga.

• Day 4 : Pelling Sightseeing

  After breakfast you will depart for full day sight seeing. This includes Rimbi Water Falls, Rimbi Rock Garden, Kechopalri Lake (The world Khachoedpalri means The Wishing Lake. It is one of the most sacred and holy lakes for the Buddhists), Kechopalri Monastery, Kanchenjunga Water Falls, Pemayangtse Monastery and Rabdentse Ruins. Overnight stay at Pelling.

• Day 5 : Pelling - Darjeeling

  After breakfast depart for Darjeeling. Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. The evening is free for leisure, overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 6 : Darjeeling Sightseeing

  Early morning excursion to Tiger Hill (8364 Ft / 2550 Mts) at around 3:45 am for viewing sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (if the weather is favorable), while returning visit to Ghoom Monastery, Peace Memorial, and Batasia Loop. After breakfast at the hotel you will depart for Half day city tour of Darjeeling. This includes sight seeing at Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tenzing and Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Peace Pagoda. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
