• Please carry the identity proof along with 4 passport size photos per person so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.

• Permit require for Tsomgo Lake. It is mandatory that guest should carry 04 copies of pass – port size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License etc) for processing the permit. (All traveller including child)

• Permit also require for travelling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof. (All traveller including child-School Id or Birth Certificates)

 • The above price is validate for 7 Days (including the date of issue) / Last day of the month.

  Fights / Trains being late and guests not being able to reach as per schedule is not in our control. Guests will have to pay as per the bookings made.

  Cancellation charges as applicable. No refund is admissible if a tour is cancelled or altered at the last moment due to unforeseen circumstances beyond human control.

     Vyas Vacations India Pvt Ltd, is associates will not be responsible for any civil/political disturbances, strikes/bandhs, theft, accidents, natural calamities, other such incidents beyond human control and any kind of health complications / injuries of any of the guests. Any diversions of guest’s vehicles because of unforeseen situations beyond human control or absurd hike in vehicle fares due to civil / political / natural disturbances will have to be borne by the guests on the spot.

  In a hilly area scarcity of water & electricity is a big problem. Everybody buys water for their day-to-day living & have learnt to live even without electricity in case of Load Shading. Guests are requested to cope with any such problem faced during the tour. To overcome this problem certain hotels have fixed time of supplying hot & cold water.

  All issues and disputes will be settled for our Clients while in Sikkim & North Bengal and before leaving Sikkim & North Bengal. It will not be entertained after leaving the station and Sikkim & North Bengal Legal Jurisdiction Zone. Magellan Vacation is associates are Free from all Risks and Liabilities for any travel arrangements made with us or services provided by our associates. All Tours & Services are taken with free will by our clients on reading and accepting our TERMS. We assume all terms are read, understood and accepted clearly for self and all parties.

  Initial Booking Amount — 40% of the total booking amount.

  Balance payment has to clear at the before Start Tour

  For bookings less than 15 days prior to date of departure, full money is to be paid at the time of booking.

  Invoice will be issued on the same day after the deposit of booking amount.

  Hotel Vouchers will be issued within 10 days after deposit of booking amount.

  Taxi & Driver details would be issued 1 day prior to date of departure.
