Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival and Transfer to Gangtok

Our Representative Will Be There to Receive the Guest At New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (njp) / Bagdogra Airport (ixb) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (junction) – He Will Be Assisting for the Transfer to Gangtok – Gangtok the Capital of Sikkim Suits all from Tranquility to Adventure, Land of Monastery, Mystic Rituals & Festivals At An Height of 1670 Meters / 5480 Feet and is the Most Visited Spot of India. It is One of the Most Beautiful Town with Varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids and Butterflies - Nearly 135 Kilometers 4 ½ - 5 Hours Drive – Check Into Hotel – Evening Free to Roam Around M G Road (mall) or Local Shopping Center - Over Night Stay At Gangtok
Day 2 : Gangtok Local Sight Seeing (full Day)

Morning Breakfast - After Breakfast Drive for the City Tour of Gangtok – Sight Seeing Will Be for Half Day Hence the Drive Will Be Easy and Comfortable – It is Not Possible to Cover all the Spot in Single Day Hence We Make the Program with Points Covering Minimum Distance Traveled - Visit to Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall, Flower Show, Garden Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Tashi View Point, Banjhakri Falls, One of the Finest Falls Close to Gangtok, Etc – Back to Hotel – Evening Free to Roam Around M G Road (mall) or Local Shopping Center – There are Few Discotheques in Gangtok to Spend Time - Over Night Stay At Gangtok– Morning Breakfast - After Breakfast Drive for the City Tour of Gangtok – Sight Seeing Will Be for Half Day Hence the Drive Will Be Easy and Comfortable – It is Not Possible to Cover all the Spot In

Day 3 : EXCURSION TO TSOMGO LAKE & BABA MANDIR (FULL DAY

Morning breakfast at hotel – Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir ( New ) nearly 40 kilometers - The Lake is oval shaped lake nearly 50 feet deep - Generally covered in snow for most of the year the year – This lake is home to the Brahmini ducks & many migratory birds – Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir known to be a very holy site for all - Nathu La Pass to Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometers and is optional tour - Back to Gangtok - Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at Gangtok (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided)
Day 4 : Excursion to Namchi --- Char Dham

After Breakfast Enjoy the Full Day Sightseeing Covering Temi Tea – Only Tea Garden in Sikkim Which Produce and Export Quality Tea, Samdruptse – 135 Ft High is the Tallest Statue of "guru Padmasambhava”, also Known as Guru Rinpoche & Siddhesvar Dham - a Miniature Replica of the Indian Char Dhams Located in Our Country I.e. Jagannath Dham in East, Dwarika Dham in West, Badrinath Dham in North and Rameshwaram in South. It also Has a 108 Ft. Statue of Lord Shiva Enclosed By the 12 'lingas', a Temple of Shirdi Sai Baba and An Effigy of Lord Kirateshwara. It Gives a Feeling of Complete Mental Peace & Satisfaction. Overnight Stay At Gangtok.
Day 5 : Transfer to Airport / Railway Station

Meal Plan: CP (Breakfast), MAP (Breakfast & Dinner), AP (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Hotel & Room provided will be either the one mentioned in the itinerary or similar category.
Keeping in mind the closing day for sightseeing schedule/room availability itinerary can be changed without prior notice.

Please carry the identity proof along with 4 passport size photos per person so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.

Permit require for Tsomgo Lake. It is mandatory that guest should carry 04 copies of pass – port size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License etc) for processing the permit. (All traveller including child)

Permit also require for travelling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof. (All traveller including child-School Id or Birth Certificates)

Most of the vehicle for North Sikkim do not have Carrier, so kindly carry few luggage due to remote area & rough road.

The above price is validate for 7 Days (including the date of issue) / Last day of the month.

Nathula :

Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. Only limited permits are issued by the army before 48 hrs of tour. It is open only on Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER of all guests travelling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir.

It is mandatory that all guests should carry photo proof identity card such as voter id card / passport and passport size photograph.

In Lachung & Lachen :

•   All the packages start from Gangtok & ends at Gangtok.
•   Packages are available with all meals at hotel only (way meals Guest has to pay their own).
•   Hotels available are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals.
•   No room heating systems are provided in the rooms in hotels due to shortage of power, instead the hotelier provides hot water bags.
•   There is no telephone landline connection.
•   Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to make do with candle light.
•   Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be entertained.

Note : Excursion to Katao & Zero point (Yumesamdong) is kept optional & subject to availability of permit, which the guest can avail with an extra cost payable directly to the driver.

• We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.
•   Non A/c Indica / WagonR / Alto / Santro for 1-3 Pax including child.
•   Non A/c Sumo / Max for 4-8 pax including child.
•   Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera for 4-6 pax including child.
•   Extra Vehicle cost will be applicable for more than 06 Pax.
•   If guest are booked for luxury vehicle Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera will be provided as per availability.

Child Policy :

• Child Below 5 yrs complimentary
• Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mentioned in cost
• Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are same & charged as per (EPSR)

Essentials :

Basic personal items to be carried includes, feather jacket & heavy woollens during winter and light woollens during summer, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses.
Advice guest to bring heavy woollens if traveling to Lachung/North Sikkim as this area is cold throughout the year.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Flights / Trains being late and guests not being able to reach as per schedule is not in our control. Guests will have to pay as per the bookings made.

Cancellation charges as applicable. No refund is admissible if a tour is cancelled or altered at the last moment due to unforeseen circumstances or natural calamities which are beyond human control.

We or our associates will not be responsible for any civil/political disturbances, strikes/bandhs, theft, accidents, natural calamities, other such incidents beyond human control and any kind of health complications / injuries of any of the guests.

In a hilly area scarcity of water & electricity is a big problem. Everybody buys water for their day-to-day living & have learnt to live even without electricity in case of Load Shedding. Guests are requested to cope with any such problem faced during the tour. To overcome this problem certain hotels have fixed time of supplying hot & cold water.
