Useful Tips before Booking:

Most hotels in north-east are very basic and may not be equivalent to similar star category hotels elsewhere in India.
Most of the hotels do not have lift. You will have to climb stairs to reach your allotted rooms. Incase any of you, have problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if you cannot climb the higher floors, you should report
The AC will be on when the car is on move only. While travelling in the plains the clients would need AC, which will be switch on. When the car is travelling uphill AC will be switched off.
For Extra Person Sharing the Room & Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotel of our area provides MATTRESS and ROLL OVERS as a supplement to Extra Bed.
The vehicle used will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis). It will change sector wise.
As the vehicles & drivers change always, we will request you to be very careful with personal belongings. Once left in the vehicle, there is, almost nil or little chance, of getting it back.
Credit cards / travellers checks are not freely accepted in North-east.
While traveling to Tshangu Lake, Nathula Pass, Baba Mandir customers should carry valid photo ID proof which can ONLY be one of Driving License, Voter Card or Valid Passport.
NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign Nationals are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass. They are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 2 years & above is number to visit Tshangu Lake.
Pan Card is not accepted as ID Proof to visit Nathula Pass, Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir. The Photo ID Proof can be anyone of the following, Driving License, Voter Card, Valid Passport & Aadhar Card only.
Telephone / Internet networks are non-existent in some areas.
Due to poor road infrastructure in North-east, journey between 2 places may take longer than expected. Top speed may be restricted to 30 km/hr at some places.
At times due to events which are beyond control (e.g. local strikes, natural calamities), schedules and itineraries may be subject to last minute changes.
Driving in hilly areas which are different from normal driving, speed limit would be 30 kms per hour.
Most of the 2 star and 3 star hotels provide only Mattress not Extra bed.
NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign Nationals will be allowed to visit Lachung, Yumthang & Yumesamdong, with a valid permit.
It is not advisable to visit Lachen from 1st January till 15th March as roads are closed due to snow.
Cars is not at disposal and will be only available for point to point transfers as per itinerary
Vehicles in Hill Areas â€“ Even if you opt for AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage or mid-trip break down of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents
All entrance tickets to Museums , Monastries, Gardens, or any other Sightseeing spots are to be borne by the Customer and paid directly at the destination.
If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may have to collect your luggage on arrival at the connecting hub and register it again while checking in for the return journey to your origin.

Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons.

Day 1 : Arrival in Gangtok

Upon Your Meet and Greet with Our Representative At Bagdogra Airport or At Njp Railway Station, a Transfer Will Be Arranged to the Peaceful Hill Station of Gangtok (130 Kms / 5 Hrs). Check in At Your Hotel in this Beautiful Destination and Start to Get Familiar with Your Surroundings. in the Evening, Set Out On a Shopping Spree Along the Roads of Main Market Area M.g Marg. Overnight Stay in Gangtok.

Day 2 : Day Exursion to Tsangu Lake & Baba Madir

After Breakfast, Prepare for a Full Day Excursion to Glacial Tsomgo Lake (12,310 Feet), and the Temple of Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (a Very Holy Site for All) - At a Short Distance of Only 40 Kms from Gangtok. Home to the Brahmini Ducks and Many Migratory Birds, the 1 Kilometer Long Lake is Oval Shaped and Nearly 50 Feet Deep. the Surface Reflects Different Colours with Change of Seasons and is Held in Great Reverence By the Local Sikkimese Folk. Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods : Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
There will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out (In case of Medical condition it completely depends on hotel policy).
Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
The price does not include expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
In case a flight gets cancelled, we will not be liable to provide any alternate flights within the same cost, any additional cost incurred for the same shall be borne by the traveler.

Reservation amount has to be paid upfront for us to start confirming your package.
Full flight amount (if flights included) and any non-refundable hotel amount has to be paid within 3 days of booking.
Balance payment (if any) needs to be completed 21 days prior to travel.
For travel in less than 21 days from booking, complete payment must be received within 24 hours of booking.
You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT or deposit cash Rs 1,99,000/- in adhereance to Income Tax ACT.
We charge non-refundable financing fees for overdue amounts:
Financing charges: 1% per day of pending amount, compounding per day
Processing charges for financing: 5% per week of pending amount or INR 10,000 per week, whichever is lower; from 2nd week.
We reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice after due date. Any cancellation costs will be borne by you.
If the above-mentioned payment terms are not followed, we will not be held responsible for any change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, Hotels, Ferry etc.
There might be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of bookings in case the payments are not received by us as per the terms mentioned and the extra cost need to be borne by the guest.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :Airline Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation will be as per the airlines cancellation policy
Refund will be done within 30 Workings days post deduction of cancellation charges by airlines (as per airline cancellation policy) and service charge of 25% on total value by us.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

Date of booking to 31 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
30 to 16 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
15 to 8 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation.
