• Day 2 : Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir [ Nathula Optional]

  This morning, after having your breakfast, leave for your excursion to Tsomgo Lake (38.5 km) and Baba Mandir (54.6km).A tranquil and scenic lake, Tsomgo Lake is one of the most popular attractions of Gangtok. Set at an elevation of 3780 m, this glacial lake is considered holy by Sikkimese people. There is a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located on the banks of the lake. The place is a paradise for bird watchers as get to spot a number. Located at a distance of around 16 km from Tsomgo Lake is Baba Mandir. • Day 3 : Gangtok Sightseeing

  Dig into early morning breakfast and go for a sightseeing tour. As per your itinerary, With 1 reserved Vehicle today you will be visiting Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Gunjan Monastery & Banjakhri Falls (maximum 6 hours) (Rumtek monastery optional) . Dinner and overnight stay at Gangtok hotel.

• Day 4 : Gangtok- Darjeeling

  Morning transfer to Darjeeling ,Once the summer capital of India, Darjeeling is a land of infinite variety and charm. It is the place of Dorje, the mystic thunderbolt of the Lama-Religion. Surrounded by Tea gardens; this little town faces some of the highest peaks of the Himalayas. Take rest and then walk around town to appreciate the new culture you are in. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

• Day 5 : Darjeeling Sightseeing

  Early morning start for "Tiger Hill" to watch the spectacular sunrise and its amazing effects on the Mt. Kanchendzonga (Worlds 3rd highest peak).Visit Ghoom Monastery and Batashia Loop War Memorial while returning to the Hotel. Breakfast at the Hotel followed by half day local sightseeing covering Padmaja N. Zoological Garden (Closed on Thursday), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Self-help Center (Closed on Sunday) and visit to the Mall, Local Market (Closed on Thursday). Evening free for shopping & individual activity and there will be overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 6 : Drop to Njp/ Siliguri

  Have some delicious breakfast and then leave for Siliguri / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (70.3km) / Bagdogra Airport (65.3km) via Nepal border and Mirik on reaching, carry on with your onward journey With happy & with sweet memories.
