Day 1 : Tashkent
Arrival in the morning, transfer to hotel for early check-in. (Note: The time of starting excursion depends on the flight arrival time in Tashkent) Rest after a long flight. Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, we begin the sightseeing tour with the complex of Hazrat Imams, which includes the Barak Khan madrassah (XVI century), the old mosque Djami (Friday) still in the work, and the mausoleum of Kaffal Chachi - the tomb of a great philosopher, poet and teacher of Islam lived in the tenth century. Then we’ll go to the bazaar Charsu, the city's most famous farmer's market and a great place to meet many locals coming from the surrounding countryside dressed in traditional costumes.
There you can see and have a chance of baking famous uzbek bread. Lunch at Central Asia Plov Centre, tasting Tashkent plov cooked with sesame oil. Finally begin panoramic tour of the modern city: the Independence Square, the square of Amir Temur, the Theatre Square and the Undergo, which is famous for it’s unique oriental patterns. Dinner at a local restaurant.
(Recommended dishes are Naryn and shurpa).

Day 2 : Khiva
After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board the domestic flight, directly to Urgench - capital of Khorezm region. Arrival in Urgench. Transfer to Khiva and check-in to the hotel. We’ll begin excursion. The city tour includes (The order of the visits will be determined by the guide): the statue of the great scholar Al-Khorezmi (Algorithme) founder of algebra, located next to the main entrance of Ichan Kala, the fortified town. Then the tour continues with the Kunya Ark of the seventeenth century. Fortress and residence of the rulers of Khiva, in which there are the harem, the mint, the stables, the armory, barracks, mosque and the palace stables Tosh-Hovli, in which Inside you can admire the most sumptuous decoration of Khiva, including ceramic tiles, stone sculptures and carved wood. The building consists of 2 parts: the private (harem) and the Public (reception room and courtroom). Visit to Djuma mosque or Friday Mosque, with 213 carved wooden columns supporting the ceiling. The columns were brought from different regions of Central Asia (X-XIII centuries). Lunch at local restaurant, recommended dish is Shivit oshi, which is well-known as a special dish of ancient Khiva Khans because it serves the body temperature normally. After lunch continues with the mausoleum of Pahlavan Mahmud - poet, philosopher and legendary wrestler, who became the patron saint of Khiva. It’s considered to be the most sacred and honored place in Khiva and one of the most beautiful monuments of the city, with its magnificent courtyard and beautiful decorative tiles. In the evening Master-class for cooking gumma (patties) and evening meal at restaurant.

Day 3 : Khiva
Breakfast in hotel. We begin Guided sightseeing tour around Khiva: Kalta-Minor Minaret (1855), Medrese of Mukhamad Amin-Khan (XIX), Kunya-Ark Fortress (1868-1888). The minaret and the medrasa of Islam Khodja (1908-1910). At Lunch we organize master class of making Khorezmian Plov. Plov is the main dish Uzbek cuisine and it ‘s cooked differently in each region. Despite the ingredients are the same, tastes are differ from each other. Leisure time. Dinner at the restaurant with folklore show. Recommended dish for dinner is tuxum barak (egg dumplings). It belongs to only Khorezmian people that are why even locals from other regions of Uzbekistan come to taste this meal.

Day 4 : Bukhara
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Bukhara via the Kizilkum desert - "red sands", the road that skirts the edge of the large bed of the river Amu Darya, who’s dry offers stirring views of unusual beauty. During the journey stops are scheduled for lunch and short walks for taking photos at an impressive place in the middle of the “Kizil Kum desert” Then continue the way to Bukhara. Arrival in Bukhara. Leisure time. Evening meal at restaurant
(Recommended dishes chuchvara and manti).

Day 5 : Bukhara
Breakfast in hotel. Guided sightseeing tour around Bukhara: Ismail Samani Mausoleum, Chashma Ayub Mausoleum, Bolo Khauz Mosque, Ark Citadel, Po-i-Kalyan Complex (Kalyan Minaret and others), Abdulaziz-Khan Madrasah, Ulugbek Madrasah. Lunch at a restaurant for tasting the variety of Shashlyk. After lunch visiting the "Silk Road Spices" tea house for tea-party: tasting teas prepared from herbs and spices, and traditional Bukharan sweets. After tea-party guided sightseeing: Lyab-i Hauz Architectural Ensemble, Kukeldash Madrasah, Nadir Divan-Begi Madrasah, domed shopping arcade. Folklore show in Nadir Divan-Begi Madrasah. Evening meal at National House.
(Recommended dishes are dolma, Bukharan samsa).
Overnight rest in hotel.
Day 6 : Nurata
Breakfast in hotel. Out-of-town guided sightseeing tour (4 km from Bukhara): Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa Palace, memorial complex of the Islamic saint Baha-ud-Din Naqshband, Chor-Bakr Memorial Complex. Lunch at Uzbek chaykhona, tandyr-kabob (meat baked in tandyr oven) and shashlyk tasting. After lunch transfer to Nurota region Yurt camps located in Kyzyl Kum desert (230 km, 4 h.*). On the way we stop at Sardoba in Raboti Malik, and the next stop will be on entering to Nurota region to see petro glyphs of the Bronze Age and Nurota town to visit the Complex Chashma- a local mosque with holy spring water. Then we continue driving to yurt camp in Kyzyl Kum desert. Arrival and accommodation in the yurts. In the evening dinner near the camp fire with Kazakhakin singing folk songs.

Day 7 : Sentob village
Breakfast in Yurts. Drive to Sentob village- a magical place, the walk in this village, brings us to meet the local population that has a more traditional way of life. We will continue visiting to the ruins of the ancient Sentob, ancient petro glyphs (rock carvings) from the Bronze Age, the old mill. Here we organize the master class of making Samarkand Plov. Lunch with locals. In the afternoon departure to Samarkand. Transfer and check-in to hotel. Dinner at the restaurant (recommended dish is Lagman).

Day 8 : Samarkand
We start our excursion with the magnificent Registan Square with three Madrassas completely covered with tiles and mosaics of lapis. Lazuli is one of the most extraordinary monuments of Central Asia with the Ulugbek Madrassa, the Sher Dor Madrassa and Tilla Kari Madrassa that are followed by the giant mosque Bibi Khanum built by Amir Timur for his favorite wife. After visiting the giant mosque of Bibi Khanum. We will have a free time for shopping in the Siyab Bazaar. Today the Siyab bazaar - the city’s biggest and the most ancient market. Lunch in national restaurant with local people. After lunch continue our tour with the Museum of Wine making at Khovrenko Winery. The winery has an interesting wine museum, which familiarizes the visitors with its history as well as that of Samarkand wine making, its international awards and, of course, arranges tasting of Samarkand wines. Visit the Mausoleum Guri Emir, the mausoleum of Amir Timur is familiar with its beautifully fluted dome. Dinner at restaurant with dance show.

Day 9 : Tashkent
After breakfast, end of the tour of the city: the complex Imam al Bukhari, great doctor Islam, the master of the Hadiths and the complex Khodja Akhrar with Devonbeghi Madrassa and Mosque
Akhrar. Lunch at local restaurant (recommended dishes somsa and kebab). Free time.Transfer to the station to catch the high speed train to Tashkent (2h10m), arrival to Tashkent and transfer to the hotel. Dinner at restaurant.
Overnight in Tashkent.
Day 10 : Tashkent
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the International Tashkent Airport to catch return flight to Homeland with great expressions!!!
