Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : London, Windsor, Oxford, York Area

  This morning at the check-in point, you will meet your Tour Manager and join the coach for a leisurely drive from London to the Royal city of Windsor. On arrival we visit the castle, the largest inhabited in the world and the oldest in continuous occupation. On the tour,(subject to opening arrangements) visit: the State Apartments, St George’s Chapel and Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House. Continue onto Oxford, the home of England’s finest Universities, where we meet our local guide who will show us on our walking tour the main sights, including Christ Church, which is Oxford’s largest college and the University cathedral. Continue onto York area and late evening check-in to our Hotel.

  • Meals & Drinks : (Dinner)

• Day 2 : York Area, Jed Burgh, Edinburgh

  Driving through Northumberland National Park, we cross the Scottish border, and passing small valleys and river streams, our journey leads us past the romantic ruins of Jed burgh Abbey. Crossing River Tweed we reach Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. On arrival we meet our expert local guide for our sightseeing tour, which features a visit to the famous Edinburgh Castle. We will also view The Palace of Holyrood house, once home of Mary Queen of Scots, Old and New Town, the stately Royal mile, and elegant Princes Street for tartans and tweeds. Evening at Leisure.

• Day 3 : Edinburgh, Inverness

  Depart north today for the scenic drive to the city of Inverness. En route we cross the Monadhliath Mountains. Arrive late afternoon and check in your hotel. Remainder of day is at leisure.

  • Meals & Drinks : (Breakfast, Continental Dinner)

• Day 4 : Inverness, Lake District

  Enjoy the grand panoramic scenery as we proceed across the Scottish highlands. Passing the waters of Loch Ness, famed for it’s myths and legends, we later pass the town of Fort William at the foot of the mighty Ben Nevis and Loch Lomond, before we arrive at the shores of Lake Windermere, the site of England’s largest lake. Admire the natural scenery and breathtaking views.

  • Meals & Drinks : (Breakfast, Dinner)

• Day 5 : Lake District, Stratford- Upon- Avon, London

  Today we depart for beautiful town of Stratford-upon-Avon to visit William Shakespeare’s birthplace. Continue onto London where the tour ends and time to say farewell to all the friends you have made on tour.
