Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Cochin – Welcome To God’S Own Country

  Meet and assist on arrival at Cochin Airport / Railway Station & transfer to hotel. Cochin is in a stunning location between the Arabian Sea and backwaters. The city of Kochi perfectly reflects the eclecticism of Kerala. A city of peninsulas and islands, it is one of largest ports of India, a major naval base and one of the finest natural harbors’ in the world. After freshen up sightseeing covering Willington Island, Bolgatty Palace, Chinese Fishing Nets etc. Dinner & Overnight stay at Cochin.

• Day 2 : Cochin – Munnar (135 Kms / 4.5 Hrs).

  After breakfast check out from Hotel and drive to breathtaking beautiful Munnar - a haven of peace and tranquility - the idyllic tourist destination in God's Own Country. Set at an altitude of 6000 ft in Idukki district, Munnar was the favored summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers in the colonial days. Unending expanse of tea plantations - pristine valleys and mountains- exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild sanctuaries. On arrival check in to Hotel / Resort. After freshen up visit Matupatty Dam, Echo Point. Dinner & Overnight stay at Munnar.

• Day 3 : Munnar Sightseeing

  After breakfast, proceed on a full day sightseeing tour. Visit Includes Pothamedu-which offers an excellent view of Tea, Coffee and Cardamom Plantations,Devikulam-an idyllic hill station with its velvet lawns, exotic flora and fauna, Pallivasal-the venue of the first Hydro Electric Project in Kerala, Mattupetty-the highly specialized dairy farm, Eravikulam National Park-a 97 sq.km park etc. Dinner & Overnight stay at Munnar.

• Day 4 : Munnar - Periyar / Thekkady (120 Kms/ 3 Hrs)

  After Breakfast check out from Hotel and proceed to Thekkady. On arrival by noon, check in at the hotel. The most renowned destination is the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary at Thekkady. Here is the natural habitat of Elephant, tiger, bison, spotted and samba deer, gaur, etc. The sanctuary is open throughout the year. Evening Game viewing by motorized boat at Periyar Lake. Dinner & Overnight stay at Thekkady.

• Day 5 : Thekkady - Alleppey - Houseboat (180 Kms).

  After breakfast check out from Hotel / Resort and transfer to Kerala Traditional House Boat (Kettuvallam). The houseboats of Kerala offer exquisite holidays experiences. Every Kettuvallam (House boat) has a drawing cum dining room; a bath attached bedroom, sit-out, sundeck and kitchenette. The water-web slowly open ups at its secrets to you, lush paddy field, pregnant palms, singing Siberian ducks. This will be your memorable experience. House boat will cruise through the Vembanad Lake and canals to Alleppey. Visit includes Pathiramanal, Champakulam Church, R & L Block Kayal etc. Dinner & Overnight stay in House Boat.

Dinner & Overnight stay at Kumarakom.

• Day 7 : Kumarakom – Kovalam/ Poovar (180 Kms / 5 Hrs)

  After breakfast check out from Hotel / Resort and drive to Kovalam. Kovalam is an internationally renowned beach resort has been a favorite haunt of tourist. On account of its natural location, it affords facilities for safe sea bath. Rest of the day free for you to explore the beach.On arrival check into Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at Kovalam.

• Day 8 : Kovalam – Trivandrum - Kovalam

  After breakfast. Proceed for a full day sightseeing tour to Trivandrum. Your visit includes Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Veli tourist village, Science & Technological Museum, Sree Chithira Art Gallery and finally visits best Zoos in South India. Dinner & Overnight stay at Kovalam.
