• Day 1 : Arrive Cochin – Welcome To God’S Own Country

  Meet and assist on arrival at Cochin Airport / Railway Station & transfer to hotel. Cochin is in a stunning location between the Arabian Sea and backwaters. The city of Kochi perfectly reflects the eclecticism of Kerala. A city of peninsulas and islands, it is one of largest ports of India, a major naval base and one of the finest natural harbors’ in the world. After freshen up sightseeing covering Willington Island, Bolgatty Palace, Chinese Fishing Nets etc. Dinner & Overnight stay at Cochin.

  After breakfast check out from Hotel and drive to breathtaking beautiful Munnar - a haven of peace and tranquility - the idyllic tourist destination in God's Own Country. Set at an altitude of 6000 ft in Idukki district, Munnar was the favored summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers in the colonial days. Unending expanse of tea plantations - pristine valleys and mountains- exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild sanctuaries. On arrival check in to Hotel / Resort. After freshen up visit Matupatty Dam, Echo Point. Dinner & Overnight stay at Munnar.

• Day 3 : Munnar Sightseeing

  After breakfast, proceed on a full day sightseeing tour. Visit Includes Pothamedu-which offers an excellent view of Tea, Coffee and Cardamom Plantations,Devikulam-an idyllic hill station with its velvet lawns, exotic flora and fauna, Pallivasal-the venue of the first Hydro Electric Project in Kerala, Mattupetty-the highly specialized dairy farm, Eravikulam National Park-a 97 sq.km park etc. Dinner & Overnight stay at Munnar.

• Day 4 : Munnar - Periyar / Thekkady (120 Kms/ 3 Hrs)

  After Breakfast check out from Hotel and proceed to Thekkady. On arrival by noon, check in at the hotel. The most renowned destination is the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary at Thekkady. Here is the natural habitat of Elephant, tiger, bison, spotted and samba deer, gaur, etc. The sanctuary is open throughout the year. Evening Game viewing by motorized boat at Periyar Lake. Dinner & Overnight stay at Thekkady.
• Day 5 : Thekkady-Alleppey –Houseboat (180 Kms)

  After breakfast check out from Hotel / Resort and transfer to Kerala Traditional House Boat (Kettuvallam). The houseboats of Kerala offer exquisite holidays experiences. Every Kettuvallam (House boat) has a drawing cum dining room; a bath attached bedroom, sit-out, sundeck and kitchenette. The water-web slowly open ups at its secrets to you, lush paddy field, pregnant palms, singing Siberian ducks. This will be your memorable experience. • Day 6 : Alleppey – Poovar (178 Kms / 04 Hrs)

  After Breakfast Checkout from Hotel and Transfer to Poovar. Check in hotel and proceed for local sightseeing. Poovar is a small coastal fishing island at the southern tip of Thiruvananthapuram district in Kerala. The village is embraced by a beautiful beach on one side and the backwaters on the other. During high tides, an estuary links it to the sea. It is very close to harbor of Vizhinjam and is a network of lagoons, lakes, canals, estuaries, deltas, interspersing forty-four rivers that join the Arabian Sea. Dinner & Overnight stay at Poovar.
• Day 7 : Poovar - Kanyakumari – Poovar (75Kms./ 1.5 Hrs.O/W)

  After breakfast proceed to Kanyakumari .The small temple dedicated to Kanyakumari, or the youthful form of the primeval energy Shakti (Mother Goddess) is located on the seashore, in the town known by the same name. Kanyakumari was referred to by the British as Cape Commorin. Kanyakumari represents the site where the spiritual leader Swami Vivekananda spent days in meditation upon a rock of the coast. After sunset drive back to Poovar. Dinner & Overnight stay at Poovar.
• Day 8 : Depart Poovar - Trivandrum

  After breakfast check out from Hotel / Resort. Today you bid farewell to “God’s Own Country”. Transfers to Trivandrum Airport / Railway Station for onward journey with Sweet Memories Tour by Greenland Holidays.
