Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Day in Kathmandu (1400m)

  Today is your arrival day in Kathmandu! We heartily welcome you to country of Himalaya. A member of our team will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. After checking at the hotel and refreshment, you will be brought to our office. We will have a briefing session on the trek commencing the day after tommorrow. Then in the evening we will enjoy the dinner together at Kathmandu's finest cultural restaurant. Overnight at Kathmandu.
• Day 2 : Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (827m), 7 Hours By Bus

  After breakfast in Hotel, we will drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara in a tourist coach. Pokhara is naturally blessed town 200km west of Kathmandu. A journey along the serpentine highway to Pokhara is wonderful. On our arrival, at Pokhara after seven hours of drive, we will be transferred to our hotel. In the evening, we can explore around Pokhara and do the last minute shopping for the trek starting tomorrow. Stay overnight at hotel at Pokhara.
• Day 3 : Drive to Nayapul (1035m) & Trek to Tikhedhunga (1540m), 1 Hour Drive and 4-5 Hours Walk

  Today we wake up early, enjoy our breakfast set out to drive towards Nayapul. Nayapul is couple of hours drive from Pokhara along the twisted narrow highway that stretches to Baglung and Beni. On arriving at Nayapul our trek kicks off instantly. After walking for 30 minutes we get to Birethanti 1030m/3379ft, ACAP Check post where two rivers Modi and Bhurungdi confluence. Then head up the main trail to Thirkhedhunga. On the way, we cross beautiful villages, Sudame, Ramghai, Hile and then reach to Tikhedhunga for the overnight. Overnight at Tikhedhunga.
• Day 4 : Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2750m), 6-7 Hours Walk.

  Today is one of the toughest day of Ghorepani Poonhill Trek. After the breakfast, we start our trek with steep climb along the neverending series of stony staircases to Ulleri . On the way, Annapurna South (7219m), Hiunchuli (6441m) begin to show their magnificence. Beautiful villages with the amazing landscape and the Mountain View are the today's attraction . After almost three hours of straight uphill climb we arrive to Ulleri. Then, we chase a pleasant trail through rhododendron and oak forests to Banthati where we stop for our lunch. Beyond Banthati a gradual uphill climb and sometimes a straight walk would bring us to Ghorepani for the overnight.
• Day 5 : Hike to Poon Hill (3210m) Sunrise and Trek to Tadapani (2710m), 4-5 Hours Walk

  Today is a special day of our trek. Early morning we hike to Poonhill, which is an hour uphill climb from Ghorepani. Poonhill is one of the most popular hill stations in the region that offers wide range of Himalayan Panorama including Manaslu, Annapurna & Dhaulagiri. The sunrise over Himalaya is exceedingly beautiful from Poonhill. After having great time at Poonhill, return to Ghorepani for breakfast and then continue our trek to Tadapani for overnight. Trek to Tadapani is the series of gentle ups and downs through beautiful woodlands comprising cascading waterfalls.
• Day 6 : Trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk (1970m), 3 Hours Walk

  From the breakfast table at Tadapani we still can see the Himalayan panorama that is strikingly beautiful. After the breakfast we begin our trek. The first one hour trek is along the trail through beautiful rhododendron forest. Enjoy early morning forest walk with the chirping of birds. As you arrive to Bhaisi Kharka the trail now begins to slide down and then you arrive to Sitkyu. A final one hour descending climb would bring you to the wonderful Gurung hamlet, Ghandruk. Ghandruk is a popular Gurung Village of Annapurna Region, which practices authentic Gurung culture. Explore around. The trek today is relatively short-just 4 hours walk.
• Day 7 : Trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul and Drive to Pokhara (827m), 5 Hours Walk and 1 Hours Drive

  Today we can enjoy a final downhill walk along the steep stony staircases to Kimche. From Kimche the pleasant downhill jungle walk would bring us to Nyapul. Approximately 5 hours trek-today would bring us to Nayapul. From here we drive for about 1 hour back to Pokhara and here our trek ends. So we can enjoy our day and relax in a lakeshore restaurant in Lakeside. Stay overnight at Pokhara.
• Day 8 : Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (1400m), 7 Hours Drive By Tourist Bus

  Today you will drive on the snaky Prithivi Highway to Kathmandu in a tourist coach. Witnessing the rural landscapes dominated by lush vegetation and rushing rivers is full of fun throughout the drive. The rural culture is also a fascinating reward of the ride. 200 kilometers of ride that takes seven full hours will finally bring you to Kathmandu. On your arrival to Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. During the evening, you are invited to a cultural restaurant for the farewell dinner.
• Day 9 : Departure Day from Kathmandu (1400m)

  As per your flight schedule, you will drive with our representative to the airport in a private vehicle. Have a safe flight and visit Nepal time and again.
