Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : BAGDOGRA – DARJEELING ( BY ROAD – 100 KM / 3 HOURS )

  Welcome to the Himalayan State of Sikkim. You are received on arrival at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Our representative will hand you our India travel kit that contains all your hotel and transport vouchers, air / rail tickets, a welcome letter from our Director and a list of do’ s and don’t s while travelling in India. Day is at leisure to let you overcome jet lag. Pick-up & transfer to Darjeeling ( 6,710 ft. ). On arrival check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 2 : DARJEELING

  Early Morning drive to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha ( 28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak ), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast at hotel visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park ( Thursday closed ), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre ( Sunday closed ), Tea Garden ( outer view ), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for leisure at your own. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : DARJEELING – KALIMPONG ( BY ROAD – 60 KM / 2 HOURS )

  After breakfast at hotel drive to to Kalimpong ( 4,100 ft. ). On arrival check-in at hotel. Later enjoy half day tour of Kalimpong visit Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham’s Home, Golf Garden, Durpin Dara Hills & Flowers Nurseries. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 4 : KALIMPONG – GANGTOK ( BY ROAD – 80 KM / 3 HOURS )

  After breakfast at hotel drive to Gangtok ( 5,480 ft. ). On arrival check – in at hotel. Later proceed for a half day city tour visiting Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery & Banjakhri Falls. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 5 : EXCURSION TO TSOMGO LAKE & BABA MANDIR

  After breakfast at hotel proceed for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake ( 12,400 ft. ) & Baba Mandir ( 13,200 ft. ) which is approx 55 km one way from Gangtok city. Overnight stay at hotel. ( In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing. )

• Day 6 : GANGTOK – BAGDOGRA ( BY ROAD – 120 KM / 4 HOURS )

  After breakfast at hotel drive & drop at Bagdogra airport to connect for onward destination.

• Day 7 : BIKANER – JAISALMER ( BY ROAD-350KM / 6 HOURS )

  After breakfast at hotel. Drive to Jaisalmer. See the man made Gadsisar lake ( Jaisalmer’s only source of water for a long period ) and the royal cenotaphs at Bada Bagh. Evening enjoy the local market. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 8 : JAISALMER – SAM DUNES ( BY ROAD 50 KM / 30 MINUTES )

  After breakfast visit the Jaisalmer fort and the havelis. Check-out from hotel and drive to sand dunes to enjoy the Thar Desert. Check-in at tents, enjoy camel safari & cultural programs. Overnight stay at tents.

• Day 9 : JAISALMER – JODHPUR ( BY ROAD-300 KM / 6 HOURS )

  After Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Jodhpur. In the afternoon visit the best preserved fort of Rajasthan – the Mehrangarh fort. Later see the marble cenotaph at Jaswant Thada, known as the the Taj Mahal of Rajasthan. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 10 : JODHPUR – UDAIPUR ( BY ROAD- 300 KM / 6 HOURS )

  After breakfast at hotel. Drive to Udaipur. The city of lakes. En-route visit the amazing white marble Jain temples at Ranakpur. Evening free to explore the city on your own. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 11 : UDAIPUR

  After breakfast sightseeing for the day includes City Palace ( don’t miss the awesome crystal gallery ), Jagdish temple and the garden of maids ( it was originally built for the maids of the queen who came along as wedding gifts ). In the evening go for a boat ride in lake Pichola. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 12 : UDAIPUR – PUSHKAR ( BY ROAD- 300 KM / 6 HOURS )

  After breakfast at hotel. Drive to Pushkar. En-route you may visit the fort of Chittaurgarh. Pushkar is known for its one of the very rare temples dedicated to Lord Brahma ( considered the creator of universe in Hindu mythology ). Enjoy the Pushkar Lake & colorful market. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 13 : PUSHKAR – JAIPUR ( BY ROAD- 150 KM / 3 HOURS )

  After breakfast at hotel. Drive back to Jaipur and drop at Airport/railway station for onward destination.
