Day 1 : Kathmandu - Lukla - Phakding (2656 m)
Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla airport. Trek start from Lukla, the trail goes down to phakding through the villages slowly 4 hrs trek.
Day 2 : Phakding - Namche Bazaar (3440 m)
Walk to Namche crossing a few bridges and then climb of several hundred meters, a steep descent and another steep climb through the forest.
Day 3 : Namche Bazar (Acclimatization day 3440 m)
Acclimatization is most important before processing to a higher elevation. A day taking a day hike to Thame, Khunde or Khumjung or relaxing and explore Namche Bazar, a Sherpa community.
Day 4 : Namche Bazar - Dole (4084 m)
Follow the main trail north out of Namche. The trail to Everest drops down the hill but we turn off here and climb to cross the Mon La before reaching Phortse Tenga the trail climbs steeply to Dole.
Day 5 : Dole - Machermo (4410 m)
Climb steadily along the side of the valley, where the rhododendron forests give way to scrub juniper as the altitude increases. Excellent views of Cho Oyu, while back down the valley are the peaks of Kantega and Thamserku.
Day 6 : Machermo Rest Day
Stay at Machermo for an extra day to acclimatise. There are plenty of possibilities for exploration around the camp and just above the village there is an excellent view encompassing Cho Oyu (8210m) and the mountains which flank the Ngozumpa Glacier.
Day 7 : Machermo - Gokyo (4750 m)
We head for the lakes at Gokyo. Today following one of the melt-water rivers which flow down the west side of the Ngozumpa Glacier.
Day 8 : Rest days - Ascent of Gokyo Ri (5483m)
Early morning 2hrs Hike to Gokyo Ri for sunrise View with Mt. Everest, Amadablam, Lhotse, Nuptse & many more Mountains view from your eye level. We can say it is even better View than Kala Pattar. O/n Trekkers Lodge in Gokyo.
Day 9 : Gokyo - Thangnak (4690 m)
Fit and acclimatised, we leave Gokyo to cross the Ngozumpa Glacier. We descend to the second lake and drop down on to the glacier. The route across the glacier is marked by cairns and is generally quite well defined.
Day 10 : Thangnak - Chola Pass (5350 m) - Lobuche (4900 m)
We will cross Cho La Pass (5350 m) but we also have to make the long descent to reach Lobuche via Zangla. Continuing up the valley, we cross a ridge and an old lateral moraine.
Day 11 : Lobuche - Gorak Shep (5184 m)-Everest base camp. (5357M) and return to Gorak Shep
The Trail goes across the Khumbu Glacier which weaves its way between almost translucent ice pinnacles and past seemingly bottomless crevasses. We then return to Gorak Shep.
Day 12 : Gorak Shep - Kalapatthar (5555 m) and return to Gorak Shep
For the trek to Kalapatthar, very early morning start is required to see the beautyful sunrise to Everest top. Around 2 hours from the from Gorek shep.
Day 13 : Gorak Shep - Pangboche (3985 m)
It's downhill most of the way today, past Lobuche to Duglha and Pheriche. The Himalayan Rescue Association have trekkers aid post here which is interesting to visit. After lunch we cross the Khumbu Khola on a wooden suspension bridge and follow the Imja Khola to the village of Pangboche.
Day 14 : Pangboche - Namche (3450 m)
Continue to follow the river and, after crossing it, climb back up through birch and rhododendron forest to Thyangboche. From Thyangboche we descend to the bridge over the Dudh Kosi at Phunki Tenga, where there are water driven prayer wheels, before making our way back to Namche.
Day 15 : Namche - Lukla (2800 m)
Our final day trekking passes through Dudh Kosi and trek back to Lukla.
Day 16 : Lukla - Kathmandu (Fly)
We take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu.

Paying the deposit
The deposit has to be paid by wire transfer or card.
Instruction for payment will be forwarded together with your quotation.
When your transfer is done, please e-mail us a confirmation mail with your wire transfer details, so that we can follow up your reservation efficiently.
When to book
It is wise to make your booking at least one months in advance. However, if you want a good deal on your international flight, we recommend organizing your trip at least two months in advance. (Please contact us if you require a late booking)
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel,trekking services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: -
45 days prior to arrival :10% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival :20% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival :25% of the Tour / service cost
48 hours prior to arrival :50% of the Tour / service cost
Less than 24 hours or No Show : No Refund
Liabilities and responsibilities :
Meeting another culture requires tolerance and the ability to adapt. It is in the nature of all the programs that arrangements and participants have to be flexible. The day to day agenda and ultimate goal of a trip are taken as aims and not as contractual obligations. The agency will always try its very best to solve any problem you face during your trip, but cannot be held responsible for delays or alterations in the programs or for expenses incurred, owing to domestic flights delays or cancellation, strikes, local regulations, sickness, bad weather, war, major force, political closures and disputes...
Travel insurance :
A travel insurance policy is vital if you go trekking. While most general travel insurances cover you against sickness while on a trek, not all cover you for emergency evacuation, which could run into many thousands of dollars if a helicopter were required.
Trekking or In tour do not offer travel insurance policies, however we strongly recommend that you apply for one covering mountain rescue and emergency evacuation.
Flights :
we do not offer international flights from your country to Nepal
However, we arrange any domestic flights as they are included in the price of your journey. We will require all information or documents needed to reserve your flight upon receipt of your booking.
Group composition :
Trip in nepal promotes independence and flexibility, and will not ask you to join a pre-arranged group. Any adventure you choose will be tailored to your own individual needs, and you will travel either with your companions or alone.
