Gokyo valley trekking is the primitive and one of the alluring trekking route in nepal.This trekking route cover more than five view of 8000 m highest peaks ,the largest glacier in the Himalaya of Nepal(The Nozumpa Glacier),The crystal clear beautiful Blue lakes, The chance to explore varieties of flora and fauna as well as the great opportunity to feel and experience of Buddhist religion and culture heritage.The valley situated west part of the Ngozumpa Glacier.from atop of the Gokyo Ri ''The spellbound place” where trekkers can explore breathtaking magnificent views of Himalayas glacier and views of world giant mountain such as Cho Oyu, Everest, Makalu,and Lotse which are clearly visible at the same time .Besides this,visiting to ideal place the home of Sherpa(mountain people) at Namche and khumjung also makes really interesting and colorful with vibrant culture and beautiful landscape.

After flight landing at lukla airstrip after 35m our journey begins gently upward walk several days makes us up to Namche.On the way we can explore Himalayas and intimate with mountain people Sherpa with their religion and culture, is also trading center of khumbu region .Then we’ll head up following the river.we reach at village of Machhermo and we hike up Machhermo-Ri than we will be lastly at Gokyo Ri (5,483M) 360 degree view point then return hustle and bustle at Namche and trace back to lukla then after flight back to Kathmandu.Lunch and Dinner in Kathmandu Over B/b Basic Accommodation .

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Time: Pick Up and Transfer to Hotel - O/n At Hotel.

  Warmed welcome by our official staff at TIA airport ,then after transfer to hotel directly by our private car/jeep/van. Our representative staff will explain detail about your programme .Overnight at hotel with bed and breakfast plan.

• Day 2 : Sightseeing - Trek Preparation , O/n At Hotel.

  Free day Sightseeing of famous World Heritage Sites:- Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Temple(The monkey temple), Boudhanath Stupa and Pasupatinath Temple including Kathmandu valley . checking and arrangement of trekking gear. Overnight at hotel, with bed and breakfast on B/B plan

• Day 3 : Fly to Lukla(2850m.) - Trek to Phakding (2640m.) 3-4 Hrs, O/n At Lodge/ Guesthouse.

  In the Early morning drive to TIA airport with trekking guide to catch fly to lukla (A gateway of worlds famous trekking).During the time of ( 40Min.) flight you might feel lifetime experience ,the airfield is at high elevation. Then meet our porters and head north from lukla airstrip chablung(2700M).Crossing the tharo koshi river by local suspension bridge. After passing the bridge one can see the peak kasum kangru(6367M.)which is most difficult peak to climbing is called.An easy walk through village of Ghat (2550m.) then finally,we reach at Pakding.Overnight at guest house with (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner).

• Day 4 : Trek to Namche Bazaar from Pakding(3440m) 5-6 Hrs, O/n At Lodge/ Guesthouse.

  The day we are making challenging hike towards Namche bazaar (3440M).we follow the valley of the Dudh Kosi river, ahead through mountain lush pine forests. On the way we meet glimpse and stunning view of temsherkhu peak(6608m) and so many, then after we cross suspension bridge(125m) to catch Sagarmatha(Everest) National park, it was established in 1976 and expending 1148 sq.km area surrounding Himalaya at Manjo(2840m).Then we follow river bank after jorsale uphill through dense pine forest over gravel way with facing curve route ascend of 1 and half hour after in early evening we reach Namche Bazaar,a superb place to shop traditional craft and and central trading post in khumbu region. We spend couple of days in Namche for acclimatization. To spend days to visit local market shop and observing stunning alpine peaks and first time glimpse of mt. Everest .Overnight at guest house with (Breakfast ,Lunch and Dinner).

• Day 5 : Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar - Hike to Khumjung and Return, O/n At Lodge/ Guesthouse.

  we take rest day in Namche for the acclimatization.After having breakfast we ascending very slowly into thin air towards khumgung valley. The trails passes through Syngobhe airstrip(3795m),from a hill top above the airport one can see or you will get your first glance to Mt.Totse(8414m),Amadablem(8414m),Taboche peak(6367m).Then you could visit the Hillary(the first Mt Everet ascendente) school ,Hillary trust hospital little before lunch..From where we proceed slowly ascend to khude where we can see numerous shorten(Stone monuments of Buddhist). After lunch you will start the ascent towards khude,from there we move eastwards to meet khumjung,one of the biggest and widest village in khumbu rigion.we come back eastwards the following steep zigzag trail descending to Chorkung (3540m),from here quick descent to catch Namche bazaar,the gateway of Everest region, visit the local museum is best way to explore traditional custom and culture of the Sherpa people in Namche.spending with second night.Overnight at guest house with (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner).

• Day 6 : To Phorste Village - 3810 M - 4-5 Hrs, O/n At Lodge/ Guesthouse.

  The day ,After breakfast we commence our trek gradual trial with ups and downs overlooking Himalayan magnificent view of Ama Dablam ,Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse and very close view of Mt.Thamserku.The trails climb steeply out of the valley through alpine rhododendron forest .Along the trail ,we can engrossed with spot wild lives like Himalayan Thar,Musk dear,pheasant and Mountain Goat .Then we move gradually down up to Kayangjumpa then we eventually reach at Sansa which is one of major trail junction to Everest base camp and Gokyo vally then after we trek to Mongla pass(3975 M) as we reach there one can see glimpse of Mt. Thamserku, Tawoche and Mt. Khumbila, Ama Dablam,where Mt.khumblia is believed to a holy and god mountain of this area in Khumbu region.Crossing a bridge at Dudhkosi river(3255m),again we trek upwards through alpine forest with wildernss.Finally we arrive at Phorse just under the snow filled peaks of Cholaste and Tawoche.Then,we meet Phorse village.Overnight at guest house with (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner).

• Day 7 : To Machhermo - (4,470 M): 5 - 6 Hrs, O/n At Lodge/ Guesthouse.

  The day,we use same trail to came back from Phorse village to Phorse and we cross the Dudh koshi river by using the bridge.Than we move to Dole(A small teahouses place) through forest ,wilderness and some best waterfalls. Then after we climb above Dole to Lhabarma with good views of Mt Thamserku,Cho Oyu and other stunning peak.Then the trail leads to Luza (4365m)Along with summer settlement and a charming halmet .After ascending we reach at Dudh koshi vally and passing through hill side obove thundering Dudh Koshi river and some small hamlets.finally, we reach the last major settlement place Machhermo(4479m).At the same time one can see the beautiful stream following down middle of the village.we can also visit the Himalayan Rescue hospital to know about altititude sickness and know ways of prevention at Machhermo.Overnoght at Machhermo in guest house with (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner).

• Day 8 : To Gokyo (4800 M): 4 - 5 Hours, O/n At Lodge/ Guesthouse.

  The day,we climb through a ridge from where one can see beautiful view of valley with magnificent view of Mt.Thamserku,Northern Cho-Oyu(8153m.) and Mt Kangtesa.The trail passes through a Chorten and we reach at Pangka(4475m.) where 40 people were killed by an avalanche in1995AD.we move towards to the river bank through terminal morine of the Ngozamba Glacier which is a steep climb on the morine.After crossing the stream by using iron bridge ,the trail leads first lake ,knowna s Longpongo at (4690m).At this time we get chance to see the lama footprints on a stone is spactualor.Then at this site of the second lake (Taboche Tsho) where we become mesmerized by crystal clear blue sheet of water sparkling in the soon.Little ahade of second lake we meet third lake ,finally we reach gokyo valley where we have great chance see third lake and magnificent backdrop of Mt.Cho-oyu.Overnight at guest house with (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner).

• Day 9 : Climb Gokyo Ri( 5355m) 4- 5 Hrs, O/n At Lodge/ Guesthouse.

  The day we wake up early in the morning and climb to Gokyo-Ri,from where one can see panoramic views of Himalaya likewise Lotse,Cho-Oyu,Gyachung Kang, Everest, Makalu ,Cholatse and Tawache and great time to intimate largest Ngozumpa glacier which is called largest glacier of this region.After excursion aroud Gokyo Ri with Himalayan views and awesome glacier we back to Gokyo Village and we take rest with taking lunch in Gokyo village.Overnight at guest house with (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner).

• Day 10 : To Dole: 3 - 4 Hrs , O/n At Lodge/ Guesthouse.

  The day we trek back from Gokyo,the trail leads to downhill and it makes easy walk along the Dudh Koshi river when one can chance to see emerging awesome Ngozumpa Glacier.After crossing First and secong Lake, we move towards small stream over an iron bridge. Again the trail downhill to Phangka then we moves to a small monastery,at the side of monastery(small gompa).We can able to see magnificent views of Mt.Cho Oyu,Thamserku ,and Kangtega.We walk downwards slowly to Machhermo village. Again,we hike through the charming helmet of Luza we ,Finally reach at Dole .Overnight at Dole in guest house with (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner).

• Day 11 : To Namche Via Macchermo: 4 - 5 Hrs, O/n At Lodge/ Guesthouse.

  The day we will back to Cho-You range towards Macchermo village.we start trek steeply downhill to Phortse Tanga.This day we trek almost downhill all the way along with abundance of flora and fauna including rhododendrons and wilderness.On the way one can see faunas like pheasants, mountain goats, musk deer and stunning view of Mt Khumbila and awesome water rivulets and falls. At Taboche, Thamserku, Kangtega, Ama Dablam,and a distant view of Tengboche can be seen.After reaching to Namche army camp hill,we will have last chance to see mountain backdrop including Everest and Tenboche .Overnight at guest house with (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner).

• Day 12 : Trek Down to Lukla (2804m) 5-6 Hrs, O/n At Lodge/ Guesthouse.

  The day we trace back to lukla from Namche Bazaar.Overnight at guest house with (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner).

• Day 13 : Flight to Kathmandu - 35 Min. Flight

  An early morning after breakfast at teahouse we flight back from Lukla to Kathmandu with collecting memory of adventure Everest Tokyo valley trek.

• Day 14 : Farewell - Time to Say Good Bye

  Transfer to airport with Our airport representative ,It is time to say good bye to our respective guest ,Onward flight to sweet home or specific destination.
