Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Arrival at Delhi

    Our Service start with your arrival at New Delhi Airport/railway station. Meet and Greet by our "MY Trip To India" representative and transfer to Hotel. On the arrival check into hotel. Later visit Delhi Night life chandni chowk and India gate. Back the hotel for overnight stay.

  • Day 2 : Delhi - Agra (approx 250 kms)

    after breakfast check out hotel and drive to Agra. On the arrival check into the hotel and later visit for the world famous Taj Mahal Tour. Tajmahal built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Evening visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audiencethe Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father.
    Taj Mahal :
    Agra's Taj Mahal is one of the most famous buildings in the world, the mausoleum of Shah Jahan's favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It is one of the New Seven Wonders of the world, and one of three World Heritage Sites in Agra.Tombs of Shah Jahan and his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal.Completed in 1653, the Taj Mahal was built by the Mughal king Shah Jahan as the final resting place for his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Finished in marble, it is perhaps India's most fascinating and beautiful monument. This perfectly symmetrical monument took 22 years (1630-1652) of labour and 20,000 workers, masons and jewellers to build and is set amidst landscaped gardens.Agra Fort
    Agra Fort :
    Agra Fort, was commissioned by the great Mughal EmperorAkbar in 1565, and is another of Agra's World Heritage Sites. A stone tablet at the gate of the Fort states that it had been built before 1000 but was later renovated by Akbar. The red sandstone fort was converted into a palace during Shah Jahan's time, and reworked extensively with marble and pietra dura inlay. Notable buildings in the fort include the Pearl Mosque or Moti Masjid, the Diwan-e-'Am and Diwan-e-Khas (halls of public and private audience), Jahangir's Palace, Khas Mahal, Shish Mahal (mirrored palace), and the Musamman Burj.
    I'timad-Ud-Daulah :
    The Empress Nur Jahan built I'timad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb, sometimes called the 'Baby Taj', for her father, Mirza Ghiyas Beg, the Chief Minister of the Emperor Jahangir. Located on the left bank of the Yamuna river, the mausoleum is set in a large cruciform garden criss-crossed by water courses and walkways. The mausoleum itself covers about 23 square metres (250 sq ft), and is built on a base about fifty meters square and about one meter high. On each corner are hexagonal towers, about thirteen meters tall.Evening go for a stroll through the colorful bazaars of Agra and enjoy shopping some of the famous items of Agra- marble imitations of Taj, brass items, delicious sweet (petha). Back to Hotel for.

  • Day 3 : Agra - Jaipur (approx 260 kms)

    After breakfast Check out the hotel and drive to Jaipur. On the arrival Check in the hotel. Overnight stay. Later visit Local sightseeings:
    City Palace : Located in the heart of the walled city, the City Palace Complex gives you an idea about the farsightedness of the founder of Jaipur Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh. He left behind a legacy of some of the most imposing and magnificentarchitecture in the city. Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh built many buildings but some of the structures were also built by later rulers. The palace is a blend of Mughal and Rajput architecture and the ex-royal family still lives in a part of the palace.On entering the complex and before the proper palace lies the Mubarak Mahal, the palace of welcome or reception. Maharaja Sawai Madho Singh built the palace in the nineteenth century. It was used as a reception centre for the visiting personage. The building now forms the Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum and on display here are a wide array of royal costumes, some very exquisite and precious Pashmina (Kashmiri) shawls, Benaras silk saris,Sanganeri prints and folk embroidery. An unusual display is that of voluminous clothes worn by Maharaja Sawai Madho Singh I (ruled 1750-68).
    Moti Dungri and Ganesh Temple : In the middle of Jaipur is a small hill Moti Dungri meaning pearl hill, because it looks like a drop of pearl. An exotic palace is perched atop the hill which is a replica of a Scottish castle once occupied by Maharaja Sawai Man Singh. From there on, it remained a private property of the royal family. In the recent past it served as a home for Rajmata Gaytri Devi's only son, the late Jagat Singh. The mere view of this castle is exotic enough. The highlight of this place is the famous and auspicious temple of Lord Ganesh, which is situated at the hill. It is frequented by Jaipuriteson religious occasions.
    Hawa Mahal :The poet king Sawai Pratap Singh built this palace of winds. This is easily the most well-known landmarks of Jaipur and is also its icon. Located in the City Palace complex, it is best viewed from the road outside. This five-storey building overlooking the busy bazaar street is a fascinating example of Rajput architecture and artistry with its delicately honeycombed 953 pink sandstone windows known as 'jharokhas'. It was originally built for the ladies of the royal household to watch everyday life and processions in the city from their veiled comfort.
    Amber Palace :Amber (pronounced Amer) is situated about 11 kilometers from Jaipur and was the ancient citadel of the ruling Kachwahas of Amber, before the capital was shifted to the plains, the present day Jaipur.
    Birla Lakshmi-Narayan Temple : The Lakshmi - Narayan Temple known as Birla Mandir is situated just below the Moti Dungari. This is a modern temple built of white marble on top of a hill, dominating the skyline of south Jaipur. The Birlas (industrialists whohave also built several temples in India) built this temple. The temple has been constructed in white marble. The presiding deities here are Vishnu (One of the Hindu Trinity Gods) called Narayan and his consort Lakshmi, Goddessof wealth and good fortune. The temple exterior has carved sculptures of various mythological themes and images of saints. The interior has large panel in marble of mythological proceedings. The images of the deities are placed in the sanctum sanctorum. Built on raised ground, it is surrounded by large lush green gardens.

  • Day 4 : Jaipur

    After breakfast take a city tour of Jaipur, covering, Royal Observatory - An observatory with some rare qualities to its credit, Nahargarh Fort - Jantar Mantar, Jal Mahal,Nahargarh Fort Nahargarh Fort is located on the rugged ridge of Aravali Hills and it forms an impressive northern backdrop of Jaipur. It looks most classy when floodlit at night. The fort overlooks the city and presents a glittering view of the city lights. It was built in 1734 and extended in 1868.
    Nahargarh meaning abode of the tigers was built by Jai Singh to bolster the defence of Amber. The legend has it that it was named Nahargarh after Nahar Singh, a prince whose spirit would destroy the construction and stall its progress. So after a tantrik invoked the spirit, it agreed to withdraw on condition that the fort would be named after him. The Madhavendra Bhawan, built by Sawai Madho Singh has a unique cluster of 12 identical suites for queens and at the head is a suite for the king himself. The rooms are linked by corridors and retain some delicate frescoes as well as toilets and kitchen hearths. It was used by members of the royal family for excursion in summers and is even now a favoured picnic spot. Durg Cafeteria just above the entrance sells meals and refreshments, while Padao Restaurant on the west sells drinks around sunset.

  • Day 5 : Jaipur - Delhi ( approx- 270kms)

    Morning after breakfast check-out and drive to Delhi. On the arrival check into Hotel and take the rest . afternoon start visit the India Gate, a memorial raised in honour of the Indian soldiers martyred during the Afghan war; the Laxmi Narayan Temple, built by the Birlas, one of India's leading industrial families; Humayun's Tomb, lotus shaped Bhai's Temple , Qutub Minar , built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek of the Slave Dynasty; in the evening you can visit see light and sound show at Red fort. Back the hotel overnight stay.

  • Day 6 : Delhi

    Today after breakfast check out from hotel and drop off at Railway Station/ Airport for your onwards journey home.
