Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive In Delhi

  Upon your arrival at the Delhi Airport, get welcomed and assisted transfer to the Oberoi hotel. The hotel is applauded for offering luxurious stay. Right from the architecture to facilities and services, the hotel ensures a pampering stay. The hotel has also received various prestigious awards, including the award for 'Best Business Hotel' in 2006. After reaching, check in, freshen up and take a little rest. You may enjoy the remaining hours of the evening, exploring the luxury instilled in the hotel. Dinner and an overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel.

• Day 2 : Delhi Sightseeing

  This day is dedicated for sightseeing in Delhi. The list includes major attritions and landmarks of both New and Old Delhi. During day time, visit the India Gate, Laxmi Narayan Temple, the Parliament House, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar, Gandhi Memorial, and the Humayun's Tomb. Later in the evening, you can enjoy a cultural performance by professionals and locals. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

  Post breakfast, get ready to enjoy sightseeing in Agra. Begin the day with the visit to the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. This magnificent monument was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Thereafter, continue the sightseeing tour with visit to the Agra Fort, with is popularly dubbed as Agra Red Fort and is enlisted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. • Day 5 : Agra - Ranthambore

  In the morning, check-out of the hotel and reach the Ranthambore National Park via road. En route, halt and explore the deserted Mughal town of Fatehpur Sikri. • Day 6 : Ranthambore

During the safari in the morning and evening, you will spot animals like tigers, striped hyenas, leopards, sambar deer, nilgai, chital, langurs, jackals, macaques, jungle cats, and around 272 species of migratory and native birds. • Day 8 : Jaipur Sightseeing

  The day is to be spent exploring the attractions and landmarks in Jaipur. After breakfast, leave for sightseeing tour; start with the visit to the Amer Fort. The fort is best known for representing the perfect mix of the Hindu and Rajput architectural styles. As the fort is located on a hilltop, you can opt for an elephant ride here. Inside the fort, there also are various notable structures such as Sila Devi Temple, Maan Singh Palace Square, Ganesh Pol, Sheesh Mahal, and more. After lunch at city restaurant, continue with the sightseeing with visit to the Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, City Palace, etc. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Thereafter, continue with visit to the Jagdish Temple, which is devoted to Lord Vishnu. The temple is praised for its construction representing the perfect fusion of Indo-Aryan style of architecture. City Palace, situated at the Pichola Lake and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir are also a must visit in Udaipur. Booking of Tours:

As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations, you will be required to send 20% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking. Apart from the 20% of the tour price, you would also need to pay us the full amount for air/train tickets to be issued.

As soon as the advance is received, we will initiate the bookings for your hotels reservations, book your tickets and start making necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated.

Once this is done, a reservation status will be sent to you. You will then be required to pay another 30% of the tour cost at this point.

Balance 50% of the tour price can be paid by you upon your arrival in India by cash, but before the commencement of the services. Alternatively you could pay by bank transfer a fortnight before your arrival.

Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final price will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

** During peak season of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan), the complete payment is required to be sent in advance.

** For Special Luxury Train Journeys, 25% of the fare is to be paid at the time of booking. Balance is to be 75 days prior to departure date.

Amendment to a Booked Tour

We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.

Cancellation of a Booked Tour

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to India, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Heritage India Expeditions.

The following cancellation charges will apply: -

• If cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival- 50% of the deposited amount towards 'Tour cost" shall be refunded.


• If cancellation is between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival - 30% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded


• If cancellation is between 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded


• If cancellation is within 30 days prior to arrival - No Refund

Cancellation of Luxury Train Journeys:

• If cancellation is 75 days or more prior to departure :10% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge


• If cancellation is 74 to 25 days prior to departure: 25% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge


• If cancellation is less than 25 days prior to departure: No refund. 100% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge.

Cancellation of Flight Tickets: Flight Tickets booked are non refundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.

Cancellation of Wildlife Safaris: Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment can be be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Payments through credit card can be also be made through our OFFLINE mode. For adopting this mode, we shall require an “Authorization” authorizing us to charge your credit card.

(3)Through "Authorization" only if itinerary is of more than 5 days and provided stay in Delhi is more than 2 days.

Other Terms and Conditions

The Users availing services from Heritage India Expeditions shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of Heritage India Expeditions shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that Heritage India Expeditions acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third party service providers, and therefore, all services provided, shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. Further, Heritage India Expeditions shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the service providers.

The user agrees that there can be "Force Maj-ure" circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honour confirmed bookings. In such an event Heritage India Expeditions shall not be responsible and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well being of the user.

Heritage India Expeditions hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of NCR of Delhi, India.
