Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi

  Day one of Golden triangle tour package with Varanasi our tour representative will meet and greet you at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is free to explore New Delhi or spend time at leisure. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Delhi.

• Day 2 : Old Delhi & New

  Enjoy early morning breakfast at the hotel. Our tour representative will meet you and brief you about full day sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Explore some of the most interesting heritage sites in New Delhi as well as Old Delhi. Visit, India Gate, Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, and other tourist attractions of Delhi. Dinner followed by an overnight stay will be at the hotel in Delhi.

• Day 3 : Amber Fort On Elephant Back

  Day three of Golden triangle tour package with Varanasi early Morning breakfast, followed by a drive to Jaipur. Jaipur is one of the busiest cities dotted with a range of tourist attractions in the form of Forts, Monuments, Temples, and Shopping Markets. On Reaching Jaipur, check in at the hotel, after some rest; proceed for a small sightseeing tour of City Palace and Jantar Mantar - an old yet cleverly designed space observatory.

• Day 4 : Amber Fort On Elephant Back

  you can go for an early morning hot air balloon ride (optional) over Jaipur which includes, catching a bird's eye view of hilltop forts, regal palaces, sleepy villages, and stone carved temples. Next, attraction to explore is the magnificent Amber Fort, a glorious fort displaying the awe inspiring Rajput architecture overlooking the dusty plains below. Enjoy a classy elephant ride up to the fort. Check out the well-preserved interior and grounds in Amber Fort. Also visit a cotton weaving house to see a demonstration of fabric dyeing and block printing.

• Day 5 : Abhaneri Stepwells & Rural India Jaipur - Abhaneri - Bharatpur

  Day five of Golden triangle tour package with Varanasi morning breakfast, followed by a drive (road) to Bharatpur. On the way, visit Abhaneri, a small village. In Abhaneri, explore Chand Baori, which is the largest and deepest step well in the world. Explore local village life, visiting Adarsh Vidya Mandir local school (if open), to explore local students and their education programs.
  
  After visiting Bharatpur, check in at the hotel. Time to freshen up and relax, visit Keoladeo Ghana National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you will be enjoying a leisure bicycle ride throughout the park. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Bharatpur.

• Day 6 : Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal

  Enjoy a healthy breakfast in the morning. Proceed to Fatehpur Sikri, ancient Mughal capital built by the great Mughal emperor Akbar. Built between 1569 and 1585, Fatehpur Sikri is home to finest quality of Mughal architecture in India. Next, visit Agra to see the glorious Agra Fort. Proceed further to explore the wonderful Taj Mahal, this monument of love was built by great Mughal ruler Shah Jahan in loving memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz. Taj Mahal is regarded as one of the finest examples of monument ever built for love.

• Day 7 : Orchha's Temples & Palaces

  Day seven of Golden triangle tour package with Varanasi, Morning breakfast at the hotel, board an express train to Jhansi and drive towards Orchha. Located near the banks of river Betwa, Orchha is a fine example of well-preserved 16th century temples and palaces.
  
  Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Orchha.

• Day 8 : Khajuraho - the Chandela Dynasty

  Orchha - Khajuraho. After breakfast, traveling towards south-east by road, we proceed towards Khajuraho. Khajuraho is world famous for its group of temples, built by Chandela dynasty between 950-1050 AD. The temples represent a fine example of stone carving work in form of erotic sculptures. These glorious temples add a perfect charm by changing its hue as the day progress.
  
  Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Khajuraho.

• Day 9 : Varanasi

  Khajuraho - Varanasi. Morning breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to Panna National Park which is located at a short distance of 43 km from Khajuraho. Explore the best of wildlife at Panna National Park. In Afternoon, return back to Khajuraho, next proceed to board a flight to Varanasi. Regarded as one of the holiest cities of India, Varanasi is one of the sacred places for Hindu devotees worldwide.

• Day 10 : Boat Ride On the Ganges

  Day Ten of Golden triangle tour package with Varanasi, Morning breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a sunrise boat ride on the holy Ganges river, where you will be exploring ancient religious tradition of ritual cleansing that takes place on the many riverbank Ghats (riverside steps). Later on, we proceed on a local city tour covering the old heritage temples and monuments in Banaras.

• Day 11 : Holi Varanasi

  Varanasi - Delhi. After breakfast, explore more attractions and sightseeing options in and around Varanasi. Early this evening we return to Delhi by overnight train (option to fly to Delhi available, see below).

• Day 12 : Explore Delhi Your Own Way

  Upon arrival in Delhi, enjoy a lavish breakfast after hotel check in. Explore the famous tourist attractions of the capital of India, Rest of the day is free to relax and unwind.
  
  Today is a chance to further explore the capital at your leisure or a chance to pick up those last minute souvenirs.
