Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : 15th June.10/ Arrive Delhi

  Arrive Delhi Meeting & Assistance at the Airport, Transfer & overnight at Hotel.
  Please note, at hotels check-in and check-out time is 1200 noon.
• Day 2 : 16th June.10/ Delhi - sightseeing

  Morning after breakfast full day sight seeing tour of Sahajahanabad, now known as Old Delhi. Visit Raj Ghat the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi, Jama Musjid - the largest mosque of India, Red Fort, President’s house and the Secretariat buildings, India Gate – The War Memorial, Qutub Minar and Lotus Temple (also known as Bahai Temple). Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 3 : 17th June.10/ Delhi – Jaipur (drive about 06hrs. /245kms. )

  Morning after breakfast, drive to Jaipur. Arrive Jaipur check-in & overnight at the Hotel.
• Day 4 : 18th June.10/ In Jaipur

  Morning at 0730hrs. visit to Amber Fort, the ancient Capital of the state until 1728. Enjoy the Elephant ride up to the hill on which the Fort is situated. Visit the Jagmandir or the hall of victory, Jaimahal (Look at the beautiful mirror work and intricate inlay work) and the Temple of Goddess Kali.
  Later city sightseeing tour visiting Maharaja’s City Palace and the Observatory. Drive past Hawa Mahal or the Palace of winds through the rose - pink residential and business areas of Jaipur. Evening free to visit the local bazaar etc.. Overnight at the Hotel.

• Day 5 : 19th June10/ Jaipur - Agra drive (drive about 06hrs./245kms. )

  Morning after breakfast, drive to Agra.
  En-route visit the deserted city at Fatehpur Sikri(40 KMS from Agra) built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned it just after 15 years due to the scarcity of water. Visit the graceful buildings – The punch Mahal, Anup Talab,Diwan-e- Khas, Tomb of the holy saint Salim Chisti,Buland Darwaza and other important palaces where one experiences not only the Architectural brilliance but also its perfect fusion.
  Continue drive to Agra. Overnight at the Hotel.

• Day 6 : 20th June.10/ Agra - Khajuraho by Train via Jhansi.

  Morning visit the world famous Mausoleum – The Taj Mahal - An unique epitome of Love built by Moghul Emperor Shahjahan in 1630 for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. A Sahajahan”s drop of tear on the cheek of Time that has now crystallized.
  
  Afternoon visit Agra Fort, built by Akbar and later extended by Jahangir and Shah Jahan.
  
  Later transfer to Railway station for train to Jhansi. Arrive Jhansi pick-up & drive to Khajuraho, transfer to Hotel. Check -in overnight at Hotel.

• Day 7 : 21st June.10 Khajuraho

  Morning after breakfast visit the world famous Khajuraho temples. These Temples were built by the Chandelas between 950 AD & 1050 AD.The important ones are Chaunset Yogini Kali Temple, the Mahadev Temple, Chitragupta or Bharatji Temple with a lovely image of 11 headed Vishnu, Vishvanath & Nandi Temples, Lakshmana Temple, Visha Temple of Shiva, which is the largest & most typical of temples. Visit the Eastern group of Temples. Parasvanath Temple is the only exisiting Jain Temple at Khajuraho and has excellent. Overnight at Hotel.

• Day 8 : 22nd June.10 Khajuraho – Varanasi Fly.

  Morning after breakfast transfer to Airport for flight to Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi & transfer to Hotel. The oldest city in the world, the city of Nirvana and Ghats where people still have their daily prayers and rituals and Temples and centuries old culture. Rarely does any place influence the life of a religious community in such totality as Varanasi, an ultimate pilgrimage, a city dedicated to the Gods. This eternal city is one of the most important pilgrimage cities of the world. Situated on the banks of the river Ganges this city has been the centre of learning for more than 2,000 years. The ancient names of Varanasi are Kashi and Banaras as described in the Hindu mythology. The present name is derived from two rivers Asi and Varuna.
  Evening visit Aarti ceremony on the Ghats of Holy River Ganges. Overnight at Hotel.
• Day 9 : 23rd June.10 Varanasi

  Early morning Boat ride on river Ganges. Later back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, visit Sarnath – where Lord Buddha, gave his first sermon, after he got his enlightenment.
  Afternoon visit HINDU TEMPLES & Benaras Hindu University. Overnight at Hotel
• Day 10 : 24th June.10 Varanasi – Delhi Fly.

  Morning after breakfast transfer to Airport for flight to Delhi. Arrive Delhi Pick-up form Airport, transfer & overnight at Hotel.
• Day 11 : 24th June.10/ Departure.

  Morning after breakfast, transfer to the airport to board their to Home.
