The United States of America is a vast country with many large cities and loads of tourist attractions. Feel dwarfed by the skyscrapers of New York City and see numerous neo-classical buildings that form the epi center of the country’s governance while touring Washington DC. You will enter a different world of showbiz as you drive through Las Vegas. There is a high probability of seeing a celebrity walking on the streets of Los Angeles. Any increase in the airfare, fuel surcharge taxes charged by the airlines on your air ticket before the issuance of flight tickets shall be charged extra, irrespective of the booking date (airfare & taxes currently calculated as on Oct 31, 2016)
Cost of extension/deviation of air ticket
Arrival & Departure transfer will not include for Join Direct (JD) Passengers
Standard hotel Check in Time : 1500 hrs , Check out time : 1100 hrs
Trade fairs surcharges will applicable on specific departure dates
There will be no extra Bed or roll away bed for TRPL sharing, 2 Queen size bed will be provided in Triple / Quad Sharing basis
Any other expenses of personal nature
Portages at hotels, airport and sea ports
Anything not mentioned in the cost inclusions list such as currency fluctuation i.e. currently taken as USD 01= INR 65. ROE: Rate of Exchange as on date of final payment will be applicable.
The rate difference for the Sector tickets, as the same is included taking the current fare levels and the current rate of exchange. The fares for Sector tickets will be updated by the airline on 1st April 2016.
If you wish to travel in advance i.e., before the published departure date as mentioned in the brochure or like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable (subject to availability of seats for the given dates & ticket validity), which will be advised to you by your Sales staff/ Travel agent.
Kindly note, the deviation will be action only 30 days prior to the departure date.
As hotels / Flights / Itinerary / Route are subject to change without notice, no compensation will be paid for changes you may need to make in your domestic travel. Subject to RBI / GOI approval for BTQ Passengers.29-0427-05
