Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Rajkot, Rajkot to Sasan Gir (180 kms/3 to 4 hrs)

  On arrival at Rajkot, proceed towards Sasan Gir- popular for Asiatic Lions and different variety of species. On arrival, check-in at a hotel and have rest for some time. Later visit the Park. One can rejoice by viewing abundant variety of around 250 birds and 50 species of animals. Return back to the hotel for rest and overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Morning and Evening Safari at Sasan Gir

  Gir also offers morning as well as evening safaries to travel; therefore, have an adventurous experience of Lion sightseeing in the park by undertaking Safari. Sasan Gir has number of areas / wetlands that offers excellent glimpses of abundant kinds of birds. Kamleshwar Dams are home to Crocodiles. Lion sighting is generally good all through the year. The Sanctuary is closed during rainy seasons. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Sasan Gir to Diu via Somnath

  After breakfast, checkout from your hotel and proceed towards Somnath (70 Kms/2 hrs). On arriving visit Bhalka Tirth, Triveni Sagam and Geeta Mandir Chopati. Later visit Somnath Mahadev Temple- the Temple famous for the Light and Sound Show and then proceed towards Diu (100 Kms/ 2 hrs). Diu is a Portuguese Colony and now a popular beach getaway. On arrival at Diu, check-in at the hotel and have rest for sometime. Evening visit at the Nagoa beach. Return back to the hotel for rest and overnight stay.

• Day 4 : Diu Sightseeing

  After breakfast, check out from the hotel for sightseeing around Diu. Visit St. Pauls Church, Diu Museum and Diu Fort. Visit Ahmadpur Mandvi beach for watersports that include Para Sailing, water skiing, water scooter, family boat and speedboats. Return hotel for rest and overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 5 : Drop at Airport/ Railway Station

  After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfers to Airport/ Railway Station for your onward Journey .
