Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : GUWAHATI - LOCAL SIGHTSEEING 

  Arrive at Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi (LGB) Airport at Guwahati/Rail Station Poltan Bazar. Meet our representative & directly proceed hotel & after fresh- Today you can go for visit World Famous Maa Kamakhya Temple  some local sightseeing- Kalakhetra, Basistha temple  Balaji temple which is built south Indian style. Umananda, it is called also Peacock Island  You can river cruise on Mighty Brahmaputra (STARTS AT 5.30 PM). Overnight stay in hotel.

• Day 2 : GUWAHATI - SHILLONG (180 KM 3TO 4 HRS)

  After breakfast check out from hotel directly proceed to Shillong, it’s called 'Scotland of the East" (about 110 km 4 hours drive approx). On the way to Shillong there are lots of natural beauty and stop at Barapani Lake.Check in at your hotel & after refresh can go for visit If you reach Shillong before 2 pm.Cethadrel Church: The Cathedral Church of Mary Help of Christians is the principal place of worship of the over 3, 00,000 strong Catholics of the Shillong Archdiocese which covers the Khasi & Jaiñtia Hills in Meghalaya.Ward’s Lake where you can enjoy boating. Don Bosco Monument: The statue of Don Bosco, educator and friend of the youth stands at a busy intersection at Don Bosco Square, Shillong which is the centre of educational institutions in the city.
  Elephanta falls: The Elephant Falls located just outside the Shillong city at a distance of approx 10 kms provides a unique sight wherein the water column carves out its way and surrenders to gravity at two successive locations.
  Shillong Peak: The Shillong peak stands at a whopping 2000mtr above sea level. The peak dedicated to the city is also the highest point in the state. Shopping malls and Police Bazaar which is the main attraction of Shillong.Overnight stay in Shillong.

• Day 3 : SHILLONG - CHERRAPUNJI - SHILLONG (180 KM/2HRS)

  After breakfast you will be visiting Cherrapunji which is about 70 kms drive from Shillong.Cherrapunji is the wettest place in the world. There are lots of spectacular view points on the way to Cherrapunjee.The Cherrapunji is a land of wonderful waterfalls and beautiful valleys.Some of the Main Attractions are the Ramakrishna Mission Museum, First Presbyterian Church, Mawsmai Fall, Nohkalikai Falls, and Eco Park etc.Mawsmai caves near Cherrapunji are an experience in itself, the limestone caves are well lit up. But if you want to thrill yourself more, climb up to the caves which are not lit up, they are guaranteed to spook you as one has to crawl their way in.Evening return to Shillong for overnight stay

• Day 4 : SHILLONG - MAWLYNNONG - SHILLONG

   After breakfast proceed to visit the cleanest village in India. It is situated 90 Km. From Shillong and besides the picturesque village, offers many interesting sights such as the living Root Bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. It is along the Indo-Bangladesh border. This cute and colorful little village is known for its cleanliness. Evening return to Shillong for overnight stay.

• Day 5 : SHILLONG - LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

   After breakfast Today you can do local sightseeing in Shillong- Lady Hydri Park: Lady Hydari Park, owes its existence to the erstwhile nature loving first lady of the state, Lady Hydari the wife of Governor of Assam (It used to be a big state). GOLF COURSE After that check out from hotel & directly proceed to Guwahati. Overnight stay in Guwahati

• Day 6 : GUWAHATI - ONWARD JOURNEY

  After breakfast check out from hotel & depart to Guwahati airport or  rail station.With everlasting memories start journey for onwards.
