Guwahati - Tezpur - Dhirang - Tawang - Bhalukpong Tour

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Guwahati - Tezpur

  Our tour representative will welcome you at Guwahati Airport/Rly station. After your arrival we will take you to Tezpur which after 4 hours journey (approximately), we check in at our hotel, freshen up and after a light meal we go out sight seeing
• Day 2 : Tezpur - Dhirang

  Early morning we leave Tezpur for Dhirang. Enroute we visit Asia’s largest Orchidarium at Tipi where you can see over 7500 orchids from a collection of about 300 species. Some of them are very rare. Situated at an altitude of 8500 ft. Bomdilla offers wonderful panoramic views of Himalayan landscapes and snow-clad ranges. There are beautiful apple orchards and Buddhist monasteries as well. Over night will be at Bomdilla.
  
• Day 3 : Dhirang - Tawang

  Early morning we will take you for sight seeing in and around Dhirang. After light meal we take you to Tawang. On the way we will cross one of the highest pass in the northeast India- the Sela Pass (14000ft.). Reaching Tawang we check in at tourist lodge/ hotel.
• Day 4 : Tawang

  After breakfast we go sight seeing in and around Tawang. We visit Tsongeswar Lake, Paradise Lake, Craft Centre and finally the three hundred year old Tawang Monastery – the second largest Buddhist monastery in the world. The Craft Centre produces some beautiful woolen carpets.
• Day 5 : Tawang

  After breakfast we go sight seeing in and around Tawang. We visit Tsongeswar Lake, Paradise Lake, Craft Centre and finally the three hundred year old Tawang Monastery – the second largest Buddhist monastery in the world. The Craft Centre produces some beautiful woolen carpets.
• Day 6 : Tawang - Bhalukpong

  Early in the morning we leave Tawang for Bhalukpong. Bhalukpong, on the border of the states of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh is a place of enthralling scenic beauty. The sparkling river Jia Bharali which passes through Bhalukpong is an adventure lover’s paradise. By the side of the river is the Nameri National Park which falls under Project Tiger. Overnight will be at Resort/ Tourist Lodge at Bhalukpong.
  
• Day 7 : Bhalukpong - Guwahati

  We start the day with early morning elephant safari/trekking inside the Nameri National Park which is the home of the near extinct white Winged Wood-duck. Besides, the park abounds in elephants, leopards, sambar, barking deer, wild boar, gaur, wild dogs and a variety of birds including four species of hornbill. After breakfast transfer to Guwahati.
  
  
  
  Guwahati Local Sightseeing s we proceed to the airport for your departure flight and here the tour comes to an end.
