Binh Dinh was perhaps one of the places where the Cham first arrived. Today we will visit the region which was once the capital of Vijaya - a city-state in the ancient kingdom of Champa. The Vijaya’s architecture distinguishes it from other Champa center as it used a combination of stone and brick.

FULL ITINERARY

Morning, our guide & driver pick you up at hotel and transfer to Cham sites -the former Cham capital of Cha Ban - was located 26km north of Quy Nhon and 5km from Binh Dinh. While an archaeologically important site.

We can find several interesting Cham structures dotted around the area, visit Thap Thap Pagoda - this peaceful pagoda in the heart of the countryside and was built in the 17th century partly from material stripped from Cham towers. See the Buddhist architecture with a deep veranda surrounded by attractive gardens, wander through the serene cemetery behind for discover by yourself.
