Day 1 : Delhi-Mussoorie
Arrival transfer in Delhi (Railway Station / Airport) and drive to Mussoorie (300 kms / 8 hrs approx.) Mussoorie,Popularly known as the Queen of Hills, this charming hill station, 34 kms from Dehradun is situated at an altitude of 2003 mts in the Garhwal hills. above sea-level. Mussoorie is one the beautiful hill stations in India and the most frequently visited. It provides excellent respite to people who want relief from the hot sultry conditions of the plains, especially since it is close enough to the capital to make just weekend trip. The name, Mussoorie is derived from plants of 'Mussoorie' which were found in abundance here.
Day 2 : Mussoorie Sightseeing
Mussoorie
After breakfast excursion to Kempty Falls, Nag Devta Temple, Mussoorie Lake nd local bazaar. Enjoy a ropeway ride to Gun Hill.
Kempty Fall,
15 kms from Mussoorie on the Yamunotri Road having an altitude of 4500 ft. It has the distinction of being the biggest and prettiest waterfall located in a beautiful valley and is surrounded by high mountains. Bath at the foot of the falls is refresshing and enjoyabled for children and adults alike.
NagDevta Temple
An ancient temple situated on Cart Mackenjie Road and is about 6 kms from Mussoorie. Vehicles can go right upto the spot. It Provies a charming view of Doon Valley as well as of Mussoorie.
Mussoorie Lake
A newly developed picnic spot, situated on Mussoorie- Dehradun road and is about 6 kms from Mussoorie. It is a delightful spot. Pedal boats are availble. It commands an enchanting view of Doon Valley and nearby villages.
Gun Hill
Enjoy a Ropeway ride to the second highest peak of Mussoorie. It can also be negotiated by bridles path which forks-off from Mall Road near Kutchery and to reach takes about twenty minutes. The Ropeway distance is only 400 mtrs. And the sheer thrill of the ride is memorable. Gun Hill offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Himalayan ranges namely Bunderpunch, Srikantha, Pithwara and Gangotri group etc. and a bird's eye view of Mussoorie town and Doon Valley. During pre-independence days a gun mounted on this top used to be fired heralding mid-day to enable people to adjust their watches and hence this name Evening return to the hotel.
Day 3 : Mussoorie - Dhanaulti sight seeing
After breakfast excursion to Dhanaulti. (25 kms / 1 hr approx.)
The long wooded slopes, lazy outings, cool caressing breeze, warm and hospitable inhabitants, lovely weather and fabulous view of snow covered mountains makes it an ideal retreat for a relaxed holiday.
Day 4 : Mussoorie - Dhradun sightseeing
After breakfast sightseeing of Dehradhun. Nestled in the mountain ranges of the Himalaya, Dehradun is one of the oldest cities of India and is recently declared as the Provisional Capital of newly created Uttaranchal.The hill resort of Dehradun has been popular since ages. The British were captivated by the climate of Dehradun and turned it into their residential resort. They also set up several important institutions and schools here.Dehradun also boasts of the Wadia Institute of Himalayan Geology. It has a museum that displays the geological diversity of India. Rock samples, semi-precious stones and fossils are the various exhibits in the museum Evening return to the hotel.

Day 5 : Mussoorie to Rishikesh
After breakfast depart by surface for Rishikesh - the meeting point of the Ganges and Chandrabhaga Rivers.It is said that Bharata, the brother of Lord Rama, did severe penance here. A temple of Bharata was constructed at this site, and the town of Rishikesh grew up around it. The town got its name when Raibhya Rishi performed tapasya (austerities) here. Lord Hrishikesh (another name for Lord Vishnu) came before him and granted him darshan.
On arrival check-in to hotel .Evening visit the temples at Rishikesh Geeta Bhawan, Ram Jhula , Laxman Jhula etc.etc.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 : Haridwar Sightseeing
After breakfast, full day excursion to Haridwar.(25 kms / 45 minutes approx.)
Bharat Mata temple
The Bharat Mata Temple is a massive eight-storey structure consecrated in 1983. Each floor of the temple houses statues of different mythological and historical legends, religious deities, leaders and heroes who played important role in the formation of the modern India. The temple was founded by Swami Satyamitranand Giri. The first floor of the temple has the statue of Bharat Mata or Mother India with a map of India on a raised platform. Likewise, the other floors also contain renowned figures of Indian history and mythology while the fifth floor serves as the assembly hall.
Shanti Kunj
Shanti Kunj is another place to visit while you are in Haridwar. It is the most important centre for the Gayatri followers all over India. The temple here houses 24 images of Gayatri. Shanti Kunj is also famous for yoga practices.
Har-Ki-Pauri
Har-Ki-Pauri is regarded as one of the major attractions of Haridwar. It is a sacred ghat built by the then King Vikramaditya in the memory of his brother Bhartrihari. This sacred bathing ghat is also known as Brahmakund. Thousands of devotees come here to take a holy dip in the river Ganga during the Kumbh Mela. Just near the ghat is the Gangadwar Temple which is regarded as the most important temple of Haridwar.
Maya Devi Temple
The Maya Devi Temple holds great religious importance for the follower of Hindu religion. The temple is also regarded as one of the Siddhapethas dedicated to the Adhisthatri Devi of Haridwar.Evening return back to Rishikesh.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 : Rishikesh to Delhi
After breakfast depart by surface to Delhi (205 kms / 6 hrs approx.) On arrival drop at Airport / Railway Station.
