Booking Condition & Booking Process:
Ø 25% non refundable booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
Ø 50% pay amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking or before give you’re the service voucher.
Ø 25% pay amount before 10 days of the departure date
Ø All the payment has to be made in Favor of Waow Travel." Through DD/Cash /Cheque, NEFT, Credit Card, Debit Card payable at Uttarakhand.
Ø The package cannot be combined with any other offers
Ø The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends
Ø Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.

Important Note:-
Ø The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement. In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Ø Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation
Ø Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
Ø We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
Ø In Himachal and Kashmir, The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.
Ø We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Ø Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen event. Rates may change in the case of hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees
Ø No discount will be provided after confirmation.
Prepone and Postpone:-
Ø If in case you wish to Prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail.
Ø We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ Prepone once. However after the first time additional charges will be levied.
Ø Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/transport and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 10 days prior to your journey)
Ø We do not accept any change in plan within 10 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.
Ø Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.
Terms and Condition:
Ø Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
Ø The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
Ø Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid the differences.
Ø Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
Ø Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
Ø In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
Ø Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.
Ø The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
Ø For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
Ø In case of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
On accepting this quotation, you accept that you have read the complete package information and agree with booking terms & conditions, payment policy and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package and acknowledge that it fits into your budget and requirement.
