Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive in Srinagar | Sightseeing in Srinagar

  Upon arrival at the Srinagar Airport, board the designated vehicle and drive to the hotel. After checking-in, freshen up and rest for a while as the remaining day is booked for a sightseeing trip to this beautiful city.
  
  Start the tour with a visit to Shalimar Bagh, which is located on the northeast of Dal Lake. This garden, a legacy of Mughal rule, offers picturesque views of the Dal lake. Other famous lakeside gardens are Nishat Bagh, Chashme Shahi and Botanical Gardens. Later, in the evening, enjoy a shikara ride to Nehru Park (own cost). Spread over 80 acres of land, this park is named after India's first Prime Minister - Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
  
  Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 2 : Drive from Srinagar to Pahalgam | Return to Srinagar (94 km/ 3 hours)

  Gear up for an excursion to Pahalgam (sightseeing in pahalgham will be direct payable basis). This is a small town and is one of the major tourist destinations. Owing to its vast expanse of valleys, this place is often referred to as the 'Valley of Paradise'.
  
  While travelling to this place, visit Saffron Fields (Kesar Fields). You can also buy the best quality saffron from here. Also visit Avantipur Ruins, Sangam Cricket Bat Factory and Anantnag Sulphur Springs.
  
  Upon arrival in Pahalgam, get mesmerised by the picture-perfect beauty of this small hill station. It is situated on the banks of Lidder River and is also associated with the popular Amarnath Yatra. Spend the day exploring the Lidder Valley, which is a Himalayan sub-valley. It is also a natural habitat of Himalayan black bear. Go for a stroll in the pine forest and feel the fresh air. The gushing water of Lidder River and lush green surroundings make this pine forest an ideal picnic spot.
  
  After sightseeing, return to Srinagar and stay overnight at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Drive from Srinagar to Gulmarg | Return to Srinagar (57 km/approx. 1.5 hours)

  Embark on a tour to Gulmarg. Located at an elevation of approximately 2670 m, this place offers picture-perfect views. Owing to numerous gardens and flower valleys, this place justifies the name 'Meadow of Flowers'. Snow-capped mountains forming its backdrop add to the beauty of this place. Later, pay a visit to Khilanmarg, which is a small valley carpeted with colourful flowers. Enjoy a pony ride or a gondola ride (ropeway) to reach this valley (Charges applicable).
  
  Return to Srinagar after an exciting sightseeing trip. Have a delicious meal at the hotel and stay overnight.

• Day 4 : Drive from Srinagar to Sonamarg | Return to Srinagar (84 km/approx. 2 ½ hours)

  Leave for Sonmarg. Situated at an altitude of 2,740 m above sea level, this is a small town amidst spectacular glaciers and sparkling lakes. Located in the Himalayan mountain region, it is a flower-laden meadow. To add some adventure to this vacation, you can also try trekking and hiking trails here.
  
  Among numerous glaciers, the most famous is the Thajiwas Glacier. This is visited by hordes of tourists, especially during the summer. Partake in a sledge ride on the snow, which will surely be a delightful experience.
  
  After spending the whole day at this exotic destination, return to the hotel in Srinagar. Enjoy a mouth-watering meal and sleep the night away.
