The Hel Peninsula is over 30km-long sandbank located on the north part of Poland. Surrounded by Baltic Sea and Gdansk Bay became a popular resort for Polish holidaymakers. Forests, dunes and deserted beaches allow you resting in calm and peace. Windy weather makes this destination a paradise for kite surfers.

During our Hel Peninsula tour you have a chance to visit all peninsula in one day. Firstly our driver will take you to Wladyslawowo. This town situated on the peninsula’s base is a large fishing port. Range variety of entertainment encourage youths for spending time in summer. Passing two small villages: Chalupy and Kuznica, you will head Jastarnia. The most interesting object here is a lighthouse and the Church of the Visitation of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary. Walking down the streets you can find some original fishermen’s cottages. Just 2 km away lies Jurata – nowadays part of Jastarnia. Going along the Miedzymorze promenade you have a chance to see 2 different part of Baltic Sea within 10 minutes!

At the end of peninsula you will visit Hel. This relaxed seaside resort preserved authentic climate of fisherman’s village. During summer season plenty of tourists come here and look for rest on sandy beaches. You may see Fokarium (Seal Sanctuary) where dozen of Baltic grey seals live. Nearby you will visit Gothic church which houses Museum of Fishery. Exhibition presents fishing equipment, building techniques and some well-preserved fisherman’s boats. Afterwards our programme includes visit in the lighthouse. The 40.8 meter tower allows you to admire coast, Baltic Sea and Gdansk Bay.

The route may be changed depending on your choice.

This tour starts in Gdansk. You will be picked up by our English speaking driver from your hotel. You will visit the Hel Peninsula. Afterwards driver will transfer you for the lunch in one of the restaurants where mostly locals eat. After the tour you will come back to Gdansk around 19:00.
