Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi- Rishikesh (Approx. 250 km / 6 hrs)

  Upon your arrival in Delhi, meet our tour representative who helps you with an assisted transfer to Rishikesh. This holy town of Uttarakhand lies at the foothills of the lower Himalayas along the holy river Ganga. It is popular as an adventure hub as well as the gateway to the holy Chardham destinations- Kedarnath, Gangotri, Badrinath and Yamunotri. Pilgrims in huge numbers visit every year for the temples and ashrams. While adventure lovers love to indulge in river rafting, camping, trekking and more. The International Yoga Festivals gathers visitors from all around the globe. On arrival, complete the check-in formalities. In the evening leave for sightseeing. Walk over the Laxman Jhula, a 450 feet hanging iron Bridge over the mighty Ganges which offers beautiful views. Next, pay a visit to Bharat Mandir. The ancient temple was established by Adi Guru Shankaracharya. After this continue towards the Triveni Ghat, believed to be the confluence of Rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. Among the most sacred bathing spots in Rishikesh for seeking salvation as well as the spectacular aarti in the evening. Later, proceed to Trayambakeshwar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, the last site of the day. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Rishikesh – Lansdowne (Approx. 130 Kms/ 04 Hrs)

  Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel. Later, check out of the hotel and start your road journey to Lansdowne. The beautiful cantonment town was settled during the British Raj. Nestled at an altitude of 1706 m the hill town is surrounded by dense oak and pine jungles, lush environs and panoramic views lure visitors. On your arrival, check in at the hotel. Later, proceed for sightseeing. Start with a visit to the War Museum or the Darwan Singh Sangrahalaya handled by the Indian Army. Next, head to the 'Tip N Top' hill point. • Day 3 : Lansdowne - Jim Corbett National Park (Approx. 165 km / 5 hrs)

  Start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Later, proceed for road journey to the very popular Jim Corbett National Park. One of the first of its kind, the wildlife sanctuary is home to a healthy population of Royal Bengal tigers. Other animals found here are elephants, sambar, sloth bear, various species of deer, langurs, etc. It is also known for welcoming as many as 586 species of migratory birds. • Day 4 : Corbett – Kausani (Approx. 240 km / 6 hrs)

  Wake up to the calls of the wild. Have breakfast at the resort and start with a drive to Kausani. One of the most beautiful places in Uttarakhand, the hill station is blessed by green surroundings and wonderful scenery. Known as the 'Switzerland of India'. Kausani is an unspoiled place that is loved by nature lovers and peace seekers. Upon arriving, complete the check-in at the hotel. Take rest for some time. Afterwards, get ready for sightseeing in Kausani. Start with a visit to Kausani Tea Estate where you can look and even buy the tea varieties grown here.
