The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to the tour start date.
Bookings made within 14 days of the tour start date require full payment at the time of booking.

Payment Terms:

All payments must be made in INR (Indian Rupees).
Any additional transaction fees must be borne by the client.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
More than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus a processing fee of 10%.
15-30 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.
In case of no-show, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation by the Company:
The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other emergencies.
