Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Mashobra

  Distance: 25 Km Journey Time: 0 Hrs 0 Min.
  Post breakfast, full day excursion to Mashobra (Approx. 12kms) & Naldehra (Approx. 14kms from Mashobra). The drive to Mashobra is very scenic and beautiful. The road navigates its way through Oak and Pine trees presenting exquiste views of Green Valley. At Mashobra, you can visit the attractions like Craignano - a beautiful meadow having seasonal flowers and a famed Italian Villa. If one wishes to seek spiritual calm then one can pay a visit to Mahasu temple as well. Later, you will leave for Naldehra. Here you will experience picturesque Golf Grounds and Pine Forests. You can take a horse ride (at an additional cost) from the drop off point to go to the picnic spot where one can do experience Burma Bridge and visit the famous Shiva Temple. Here, enjoy the tranquility admist the huge pine trees and leave all the noise behind. (Note: while you are going for local sightseeing, entrance / activity fee is not included)

• Day 2 : Kufri

  Distance: 15 Km Journey Time: 0 Hrs 45 Min.
  After breakfast start with an entirely wonderful journey to Kufri.(Day trip) Kufri is derived from the word `Kufr` which literally translates to ‘Lake’ in the local language. Discovered by the British in 1819, Kufri is a popular tourist attraction near Shimla due to its breathtaking Himalayan charm and adrenaline rushing skiing opportunities. Kufri offers the beautiful view of nature and spirituality. You will visit the Nag Temple, situated at the Mahasu Peak. The breathtaking view of holy Kedarnath and Badrinath ranges from this peak. Next you will visit, the Chini Bangla, the residence of the former prime minister of India, the late Ms. Indira Gandhi make it done in the colonial era design. Later, the Indira Tourist Park is one such sightseeing spot where you can go on an enthralling journey adorned with immense natural beauty. If time permits, you can also visit the Great Himalayan Nature Park in Kufri, on the other hand, is home to more than 180 species of animals and birds. There are various activities possible in Kufri such as skiing, tobogganing, go-karting and horse-riding. The most recommendable activity is the Yak riding. One can also take a yak ride all the way up to the picturesque and pristine site of Fagu, situated 6 km away from Kufri. • Day 3 : drive to Manali

  Distance: 240 Km Journey Time: 8 Hrs 20 Min.
  Today after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Manali, enroute you drive past the Beas Sutlej Link Project, Pandoh Dam (photography not allowed), Scenic Kullu Valley, Hanogi Mata temple (Hindu goddess Hango mata) and Kullu Shawl factory (Type of shawl made in kullu). After the visit, you will drive to Manali. A gift of the Himalayas to the world, Manali is a beautiful township nestled in the picturesque Beas River Valley. It is a rustic enclave known for its cool climate and snow-capped mountains, offering respite to tourists escaping scorching heat of the plains. The place is a classic blend of peace and tranquility which makes it a haven for nature lovers. (Note: while you are going for local sightseeing, entrance / activity fee is not included)

• Day 4 : Manali

  Distance: 51 Km Journey Time: 1 Hrs 50 Min.
  Post breakfast, visit the Rohtang Pass located around 51 kms away from Manali. $$Rohtang Pass - a gateway to Lahaul and Spiti Valley in Himachal Pradesh remains one of the most spectacular destinations in the entire Kullu region. A high mountain pass at an elevation of 3978 meters above the sea level, Rohtang is just 51 km from Manali. It is a part of the proud Pir Panjal Range of the mighty Himalayas and it is one of the Kullu famous places. This mountain slope is so beautiful that people from every corner of the country visit this place to take part in adventure sports such as skiing, ice-skating, paragliding, etc. The Rohtang Pass is open for tourist from April to October and the permission to travel on this highway is given by the Indian Army, once they clear the snow. $$Please note that outside cabs are not allowed, only local union taxi to be booked to visit Rohtang.   Post breakfast, we have a full day to visit Manali. A gift of the Himalayas to the world, Manali is a beautiful township nestled in the picturesque Beas River Valley. You will be visiting various ancient temples, like Hadimba Temple, which was constructed in 16th century a beautiful deodar forest on top of a hill in Manali. The temple is dedicated to the Goddess Hadimba who was also the wife of the strongest of the Pandava brothers, Bhima. Later, Manu Temple, this magnificent temple is dedicated to the sage Manu, who is said to be the creator of the world and the writer of Manusmriti. Manali has several colorful monasteries that represent the rich culture and history of the Tibetan people settled in Kullu and Manali. And lets witness the Vashisht, a small village located around 3 km from Manali across the River Beas. This beautiful village is famous for its sulphurous hot water springs and Vashisht temple, built just next to the springs. The water from this spring is believed to have great healing powers, which can cure many skin diseases and other infections.
