Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  On arrival, you will meet our representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Darjeeling. On reaching, check-in to your hotel, unpack and relax. Evening enjoy the nature walk around famous Darjeeling. Overnight at Darjeeling.

• Day 2 : : Darjeeling

  Early morning visit Tiger Hill to see a beautiful sunrise and capture the breth-taking sight of Kanchenjunga and Mount Everest etc. One can see the horizon changing colors just before sunrise and then the entire Himalayan range turns golden. Also visit Choom Monastery, the oldest monastery in the area which was built in 1875. sumptuous breakfast at the hotel and proceed for city tour visiting Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday) which was started by Tenzing Norgay after he climbed Mt. Everest. Also visit Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock and Happy Valley Tea Estate (from outside).Retire comfortably for the night at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Darjeeling - Kalimpong

  Post Breakfast transfer to Kalimpong where on arrival check-in to your hotel. After lunch enjoy half day tour of Kalimpong Visit Delo Hills, Dr. Graham Home & flower Nurseries back to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Kalimpong.

• Day 4 : Kalimpong - Gangtok

  After having breakfast drive to Gangtok- The Capital City of Sikkim. On arrival check-in to your hotel. After proceed for a city tour, by visiting Banzakhri Falls, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Flower show, Dro-dul Chorten & Institute of Tibetology (maximum 3-4 hours). Evening free for shopping and other activity. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 5 : Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

  Enjoy a warm breakfast at the hotel and proceed for a full day excursion to Changu Lake which is 35 kms from Gangtok at an altitude of 12,400 feet. The lake derives its waters from melting snows off the surrounding mountains. Legends say that lamas could forecast the future by studying the color of the lake waters. Also visit Baba Mandir (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing.). Rest overnight at hotel in Gangtok.

• Day 6 : Departure

  Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and drive to Bagdogra/New Jalpaiguri in time for flight / train for your onward journey
