sivasagar, Previously Spelled Sibsagar, is a Historical Town in Upper Assam, About 360 Kilometres North East of Guwahati. It is the District Headquarters of the Sivasagar District. Sibsagar Was the Capital of the Mighty Ahoms, Who Ruled Assam for More Than Six Hundred Years

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive at Guwahati.

  Pick Up from Guwahati Airport/railway Station to Hotel/guest House. On the Way to the City, Visit the Holy Maa Kamakhya Temple. Evening Visit Shankardev Kalakshetra -a Culture Centre with a fine Disposition of the Life and Culture of the People of Assam. Overnight At Hotel/guest House.

• Day 2 : Guwahati- Kaziranga

  After breakfast check out from the Hotel/Guest House and drive to Kaziranga(300kms/4hrs). Overnight at the Hotel/Guest House/Eco Camp.

• Day 3 : At Kaziranga

  Early Morning Wake Call to Move for Elephant Ride , 1st Ride At 05.30hr to 06.30hr/2nd Ride At 06.30hr to 07.30hr) You Can Select Any Option as per Your Convenient. After Breakfast Out for Jeep Safari At Kaziranga National Park. After Lunch Visit to Orchid Park. Overnight At Hotel/guest House.

• Day 4 : Kaziranga – Sivasagar

  After Breakfast Drive to Sivasagar, the Historical Town of Assam.this is the Ancient Place of Ahom Dynasty. Sightseeing Places are Siva Dol, Bishnu Dol, Devi Dol, Sivasagar Tank, Ahom Museum, Joy Dol, Joysagar Tank, Ranghar, Talatal Ghar, Kareng Ghar and Some More. Overnight At Hotel.

• Day 5 : At Sivasagar

  Full Day Will Be Used for Sightseeing and a Trip to Charaideo Maidam. Charaideo Was the First Capital of the Ahom Kingdom Established By the First Ahom King . the Actual Number of Maidam Has Exceeded 150 But Only 30 Maidams are Protected By the Archaeological Survey of India and Assam State. Charaideo Maidam is Renowned as Pyramids of Sivasagar in Assam. Overnight At Hotel.

• Day 6 : Sivasagar – Guwahati

  After Breakfast drive back to Guwahati having a beautiful view of tea gardens all the way.

• Day 7 : Guwahati sightseeing

  After breakfast visit visit UMANANDA TEMPLE on the PEACOCK Island known as the smallest river island on earth. Also visit to Basistha Temple and Guwahati Museum. In the evening Enjoy River Cruise on ALFRESCO (Northeast first AC luxury river vessel).Overnight at Hotel/Guest House.
