Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

    Arrive Delhi by international flight. Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel by our representative. ( welcome in a traditional Indian style with Garlands). The representative will brief you about your tour , do’s and don’ts etc.

    Delhi has served as a capital for various Empires and Kingdoms. It was the site of ancient Indraprastha the mystical capital of pandavas during the period of Mahabharata.

    Check in at the Hotel . Afternoon start a city tour of Old and New Delhi.

    Visit Jama Masjid – the largest mosque in India was built by Shah Jahan (who also built the world famous Taj Mahal ) from 1644- 1658 , Raj Ghat – a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi, Qutab Minar (Tower of victory)- built in 1193 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak the first Muslim ruler of Delhi who defeated Rajput King Prithviraj Chauhan in 1192 AD, Humayun’s Tomb – built by Banu Begam in 1569 after 9 years of the death of Humayun, Lotus temple– It’s a Bahai’s temple in the shape of lotus flower allows everyone to meditate in the peaceful environment.

    Start a drive towards the Raigada hills where Rashtrapati Bhawan-The President’s residence, The Parliament House – the Government Headquarters and India Gate. Later on the driver will drop you at the hotel.

  • Day 2 : Delhi – Mandawa (Shekhawati Region) by Car

    After breakfast, check out and our driver will meet you in the hotel. Drive towards to Mandawa (260 km / approx 5.5 hrs drive).

    Mandawa was made in the mid of 18th century by Bhojraaj kaasubsub clan of Shekhawati rajputs. Mandu Jaat is a founder of Mandawa Village. Earlier Mandawa known by the name of Mandu ki Dhani, Mandu ka bas or Manduwas which is changed to Manduwa , Mandwa and finaliy Mandawa now. On arrival check in at the hotel. Later afternoon visit the haveli demonstrating the wonderful artwork of ancient time.

  • Day 3 : Mandawa – Bikaner by Car

    After breakfast, check out and our driver will meet you in the hotel. Drive towards to Bikaner (190 km / approx 3.5 hrs drive).

    Bikaner is founded by Rajput Rao Bika in 1486 and its situated in the middle of thar desert. It is a famous destination for camel festival , Karni Mata fair and Bikaner Namkeen snack etc.

    On arrival check in at the hotel . Afternoon city tour of Bikaner.

    Visit Junagarh fort– It was originally called Chintamani and renamed as Junagarh or “Old Fort” in the early 20th century when the ruling family moved to Lalgarh Palace outside the fort limits. It is one of the few major forts in Rajasthan which is not built on a hilltop.

    Also visit Lalgarh Palace and Laxmi Niwas Palace a former residential of Maharaja Ganga Singh.

  • Day 4 : Bikaner – Jodhpur – Rohetgarh by Car

    After breakfast, check out from hotel and our driver will meet you in the hotel. Drive towards to Rohet garh (290 km / approx 6 hrs drive).

    On arrival check in at the hotel. Afternoon Village safari on direct payment and explore the magnificent Heritage Fort hotel. It is transformed into one of the finest Heritage Hotel of India as a result of 15 years dedication by the royal family.

    Evening visit local village by jeep.

  • Day 5 : Rohetgarh – Jodhpur – Rohetgarh (45 Kms on way / 45 Min Drive)

    After breakfast, our driver will meet you in hotel.

    Today enjoy the sightseeing of Jodhpur which includes your visit to Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada and Mandore Garden.

    Mehrangarh Fort was constructed by Rao Jodha in 1459 AD. It has many palaces inside, the prominent of which are Moti Mahal (Pearl Palace), Phool Mahal (Flower Palace), Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace) and Daulat Khana. It also has rich artifacts of that time.

    After this you would visit Jaswant Thada. It is located near to Mehrangarh fort. It is a cenotaph built in 19th century by Maharaja Sardar Singh to commemorate his father Maharaja Jaswant Singh- 33rd Rathore ruler of Jodhpur.

    Mandore Garden– Before Jodhpur, Mandore was the capital town of Rathore rulers. It incorporates many temples, cenotaphs of Jodhpur’s former rulers and high rock terraces. It also has a Govt. museum, a Hall of Heroes- dedicated to deities and popular Rajput folk heroes and a temple to 33 crore Hindu Gods. Later, return back to Rohet

    Stay overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 6 : Rohetgarh – Kumbhalgarh by Car

    After breakfast, check-out and our driver will meet you in hotel to start a drive towards to Kumbhalgarh (138 km / approx 3.5 hrs drive). On arrival check in at the hotel.

    Kumbhalgarh fort was built and lined by Rana’s Kumbha kingdom of Mewar in the 15th century, It has historical importance due to the birth place of Maharana Pratap – the great king and warrior of Mewar. It is a very good example of the great history and architecture.

    It has 15 km long wavy wall, 15 to 25 feet thick wall and is considered as second longest wall of the world after the ‘Wall Of China’ Late afternoon walking tour of Kumbhalgarh Fort.

  • Day 7 : Kumbalgarh – Ranakpur – Udaipur by Car

    After breakfast, check-out from hotel and our driver will meet you in the hotel. Drive towards to Udaipur (125 km / approx 3 hrs drive).

    Enroute visit Ranakpur Jain Temples dedicated to Adinatha. After visiting Ranakpur continue drive to Udaipur.

    Udaipur was founded in 1559 by Maharana Udai Singh and known as the ‘City of Lakes’. It is a favourite marriage destination. Many celebrities, including film stars, business families, politicians chose Udaipur for marriage ceremonies and parties. On arrival check in at the hotel.

  • Day 8 : In Udaipur

    After breakfast, our driver will meet you in hotel to start a city tour of Udaipur.

    See the amazing and famous City Palace Museum on the east bank of Lake Pichola, It was built by Maharana Udai Singh of Rajput clan in 1559. Its built wonderfully with a blend of Medieval, European and Chinese Architecture. It incorporates 11 wonderful palaces with awesome wall paintings, murals, marbles, granites, marbles, exquisite glass mirror, ivory doors, colored glass windows , inlaid marble balconies & ornamental tiles work. These palaces were built at different times since 1559.

    Enjoy Boat ride at Lake Pichola. While riding you will have the excellent view of the city. Make a visit to Jag Mandir Palace – located on the island on Lake Pichola. It hosts theme dinners , parties, wedding ceremonies. Spend here some time.

    Also Visit the Jagdish temple – largest temple of Udaipur inside City Palace Complex, Sahelion Ki Bari or Garden of maids” on the banks of Fateh Sagar Lake was made for royal ladies to stroll and relax in the enchanting greenery & fountains. In the evening, visit Bagore ki Haveli for local Rajasthani dance and music.

  • Day 9 : Udaipur – Pushkar by Car

    After breakfast, check-out and our driver will meet you in the hotel. Drive towards to Pushkar (260 km / approx 5 hrs drive). On arrival at Pushkar, check in at the Hotel.

    Pushkar is one of the oldest existing cities of India. It lies on the shore of Pushkar Lake. The date of its actual origin is not known, but legend associates Lord Brahma with its creation.

    Pushkar Lake – A majore Hindu pilgrimage attraction considered sacred like the Mansarovar Lake in Tibet. Legend has it that this lake was consecrated to Lord Brahma, the creator of the universe when a lotus dropped from his hand into the vale and a lake emerged in that place.

    Brahma Temple – The most important temple in Pushkar is the Temple of Lord Brahma, one of the holy trinity of Hinduism. The temple enshrines a life-size idol of Lord Brahma.

  • Day 10 : Pushkar – Jaipur by Car

    After breakfast, check-out and our driver will meet you in the hotel. Drive towards to Jaipur (145 km / approx 3 hrs drive).

    Jaipur well known as Pink city (as almost all the buildings of Jaipur are painted pink) treasures with in the pride of jewellery and handicraft making. Your visit to gems, jewels and carpet weaving workshops will make you feel special. Its unforgettable experience to watch wonderful creations being made by the artificers. You may collect some unique products for yourself or for your home decor. On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening, visit colorful market for shopping etc.

  • Day 11 : In Jaipur

    After breakfast, our driver will meet you in the hotel to start a city tour of Jaipur.

    Visit the vast Amber Fort situated in Amer at a distance of about 11 kms from Jaipur. It was the old capital of Rajasthan before Jaipur. It is set high on a hill and you can go there by enjoying Royal Elephant ride from the foothills of the Aravallis to the fort entrance. Fort built with red sandstone and marble overlooks Maota lake. Fort was constructed by Raja Man Singh I in 1592, the Rajput commander of Akbar’s army. It consists of many pavilions and halls which highlights the wonderful carvings and mirror work – designed in Indian and Mughal architecture.

    Afternoon, enjoy the city tour of Jaipur by covering the miniature of City Palace-a landmark of Jaipur consists a rich collection of costumes, textiles armory and weapons. A major part of the palace has been turned into a museum now which is home to unique handcrafted products, Jantar Mantar – a largest astronomical observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh II in 1728.

    Drive past the Hawa Mahal also known as ‘Palace of Winds’ It was originally built for the ladies of the royal family to watch everyday life and processions in the city from their veiled comfort.

  • Day 12 : Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra by Car

    After breakfast, check-out from hotel and our driver will meet you in the hotel. Drive towards Agra (235 km / approx 5 hrs drive).

    Enroute Visit Fatehpur Sikri– built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, to honour Saint Salim Chisti who forecasted the birth of 3 sons to Akbar. Fatehpur Sikri- planned as the capital of the Mughal Empire, was later abandoned after a time span of 15 years due to the paucity of water.

    The whole complex is made up of red sand stone in Indian and Persian style which consists of Diwan-i-Aam (Hall of Public audience), Diwan – i – Khas(Hall of Private audience, Panch mahal- Five storeyed building & other Palaces still reflects the unique architectural influences with original glory. Later continue for Agra. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel.

    Agra is also well known for its marvelous marble inlay work like the Pietra Dura work on the Taj incorporating precious and semi-precious stones, pietra dura items, leather products, handicrafts and jewellery. In the evening, you will have time to visit marble inlay workshops. They will demonstrate on how they make those marble cuts. Then they will show you their finished products & incredible works of art. You may collect wonders of same inlay work for your interiors.

    Visit magnificent Agra Fort located at the right bank of Yamuna River. It was built by Emperor Akbar from 1565 to 1573. His grandson Shahjahan also made some additions to it.

  • Day 13 : Agra – Delhi by Car & Depart Delhi

    Wake up in the early morning to enjoy sunrise with fabulous and world famous Taj Mahal which is one of the seven wonders of world. It was built by Shahjahan for his beloved wife. Construction of the Taj Mahal began in 1632 and was completed in 1653.

    Caution: Taj Mahal closed on every Fridays

    After visit return to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive towards Delhi airport (215 km / approx 4 hrs drive) to connect flight for onward destination.
