Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Bangalore

  On arrival at Bangalore airport/railway station, meet our tour representative who will be there for your smooth transfer to your already booked hotel. Check in at the hotel and get ready to leave for a local sightseeing tour of Bangalore. In our day tour, we will be visiting major tourist places of the city such as Vidhan Soudha, the seat of Karnataka's state legislature and Lal Bagh, also known as Lal Bagh Botanical Gardens. Afterwards, we will return back to the hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Bangalore - Mysore

  After breakfast in the morning, we will check out from the hotel and drive to Mysore, which is about 142 kms away. Mysore is the second largest city of Karnataka and listed among the popular tourist destinations of South India. On arrival, check in at your pre-booked hotel and rest for some time. Thereafter, enjoy delicious lunch in the in-built restaurant of the hotel and embark on the local sightseeing tour of Mysore where we will be visiting some of the major tourist attractions of the city including the Railway Museum and Mysore Palace. After exploring these places, we will head back to our hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

• Day 3 : Enjoy Horse Safari

  Today, we will start our day a bit early in the morning and leave for Srirangapatana by road. Srirangapatana is the base of horse safari. On reaching the basecamp, enjoy hot tea/coffee. Afterwards, we will embark on the first horse safari and head towards Rampura, a small village where delicious breakfast will be serve to you. Apart from enjoying breakfast, you can also get a chance to interact with the locals and learn more about their rural culture and lifestyle. Thereafter, we will continue our safari and move towards Darasguppe. Have lunch here and rest for some time. After resting for some time, we will proceed to Rajanahalli, a small village in Chikmagalur. Get freshened up here and enjoy your evening tea/coffee. Thereafter, head towards your next destination in a row i.e. the terraced Brindavan Gardens, which is built across Kaveri River and famous for its musical fountains that get illuminated by colorful lights. After exploring this beautiful garden, we will return back to the camp for dinner followed by an overnight stay in the camp.
• Day 4 : Enjoy Horse Safari

  We will start our day with hot tea/coffee that will be served at the camp and afterwards, leave for safari towards Balmuri Falls in the morning. This waterfall is a man-made reservoir built around the Kaveri River and is listed among the famous picnic spot. On reaching the Balmuri Fall, enjoy mouth-watering breakfast and spend some time exploring the beautiful surroundings. After relaxing for some time, we will again continue our safari ride and head towards the Ranganthittu Bird Sanctuary, also famous as Paksi Kashi of Karnataka. On reaching, have lunch and then explore the bird sanctuary. The sanctuary offers habitat to a wide variety of avifauna species. It is an ideal place for witnessing both migratory and home birds. Some of the rare found birds you can spot here are Lesser Whistling Duck, Woolly-necked Stork, Indian Shag, Black-headed Ibis, Oriental Darter, Stork-billed Kingfisher, cormorants, egrets and herons breed. After exploring the beautiful birds, enjoy evening tea/coffee and proceed to return back to Srirangapattanam. An overnight stay in the tents/camp.
• Day 5 : Madikeri

  Today, after breakfast in the morning, we will leave from Srirangapatana for Madikeri, a hill station also acknowledged as the "Scotland of India". On reaching, check in at your already booked hotel and rest for some time. Thereafter, get ready for local sightseeing of Madikeri. In our day tour, we will be visiting the famous tourist places including Abbey Falls, Madikeri Fort- a fort built during the 17th century, Nisargadhama - an island regarded as an ideal a picnic spot. Later in the evening, we will return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 6 : Madikeri

  The day is free at leisure. After breakfast in the morning, you can plan your own activities for the day. During your free time, you can try trekking, which is the best way of exploring the real natural beauty of this place. Also, you can visit to various tourist spots such as Raja's Seat, Gaddige Raja's Tomb, etc. and have a good time. Take pleasure of a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel in Madikeri.

• Day 7 : Madikeri - Hassan

  In the morning after breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and drive to Hassan, which is about 122 kms away. Hassan is a town founded in the 11th century and famous for its ancient temples. On reaching, check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. During your leisure time, you can go out and take a walk to explore the surroundings. Also, you can visit the famous temples of Hassan. An overnight stay in the hotel in Hassan.
• Day 8 : Hassan - Belur and Halebid - Hassan

  Today after breakfast in the morning, we will embark on a day tour to Belur and Halebid, two small temple towns built in the 12th century. The temples of these towns portray a perfect example of human architectural excellence. Afterwards, return back to the hotel for an overnight stay in the hotel in Hassan.
• Day 9 : Hassan - Shravanabelagola - Bangalore

  After breakfast in the morning, we will leave for Bangalore by road. En-route, we will stop at Shravanbelgola, one the most important religious sites for the Jain followers that houses a huge statue of Gommateshvara Bahubali. On reaching, check in at your already booked hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. During your free time, you can go for a leisure walk or shop at the popular market of Bangalore. Enjoy a stress free overnight stay in the hotel in the city.
• Day 10 : Departure from Bangalore

  On the last day of the tour after having breakfast in the morning, we will check out from the hotel and get direct transfer to the Bangalore airport/railway station to board flight or train for onward destination.
