• Payment shall be settled in full 25 days prior to the date of arrival. If a booking is made within 20 days to the date of arrival payment shall be made in full upon booking confirmation.


• All payments to be settled to the following Bank Account

Cancellations & No-shows Policy:

• Cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is cancelled 25 days prior to the date of arrival.


• Cancellations within 20 to 12 days prior to the date of arrival 25% of the total will be charged.


• Cancellations within 7 days to the date of arrival 50% of the total stay will be charged.


• All No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total stay on the basis booked.
